I've been heavily playing a lot of flash games that suprisingly spark my interest. There mocked, and are seen as lesser, and yes they are lesser in most ways, but it's so impressive how designers present such. Flash hopefully will never subsitute for good quality games and my point is not even about flash. Indie designers (not flash designers in general), In my opinion are so much more passionate about presentation. I love that microsoft has introduced XNA and I hope that the games seen on there have as much character as most indie games.
