This guy certainly isn't.

I find it annoying that people get very angry at the Battery power, so it isn't as good as the others, you have to think about all the stuff you're doing with it ( Vibirant colours, high graphic power, 3D!, touch screen, microphone to name a few.

And it still lasts longer than the PSP and Iphone which is a pretty impressive feat considering it has lots to do
