Ive noticed that nearly all my Xbox 360 games, minus a couple that were really early releases can all be displayed 1080p. While only 4 of the 9 PS3 games can be output in full resolution. Seems odd to me that games even from last year on the PS3 (at least the ones i have) dont go full-res.

A good example is the PS3 SoulCalibur 4: it looks real sweet sure, but only 720. Does the 360 version go to 1080?

This isnt a complaint per se... I just find it odd how many PS3 games dont run at 1080p, yet it is touted as being a 'very HD' machine.

Edit... I got Little Big Planet this past week and was surprised this game doesnt run in 1080 either. What is up with this? I would have expected a recent first party game to make full use of our HDTVs.
