It may be a total coincidence, but I find it odd how Gamespot has given out two perfect scores in a matter of a few months. I do not want to challenge the validity of the idea that the two recent games given those scores were amazing. Instead I wish to question whether or not they were so perfect and revolutionary to warrant such a score. My final thought to put it in perspective is that since the beginning of Gamespot, they have only given out SIX perfect scores, two of which have come in the past two months. I am not mad at Gamespot editors, I am mad at anyone with the opinion that gives something the title of perfection. Has the Wine Spectator, Cigar Afficianado or MotorTrend ever given a respective product a perfect score?
If i were actually having a serious problem with billing, asking a bunch of people on a forum will get you no where. Call Microsoft, as soon as possible. Any of my friends that had problems with billing had it fixed immediately, and if you raise enough hell they will throw in a free month.
I can honestly say that i enjoy them both equally. I can support that statement because i spend equal time playing both of them online. The truth of the matter is that i have narrowed my interest of play in halo 3 greatly. I only play with my friends and we only play big team battle: mainly because it is the most satisfying while being the least aggrivating. CoD4 i am still exploring everything that it has to offer.
My buddy and i got to a gamestop about 30 minutes before the store opened. When we got there we were roughly the 20th or so people to get there. He has it reserved but i did not. When the store opened they had us get into two seperate lines: one for reserves and one for hopefulls. I was the first person in the hopefull so i ended up being the second person to get a copy. I think everyone learned with the Halo2 release is that most places got enough copies to deal with most demands.
above user dont worry I wouldny buy a new monitor already got one and well i want the best of the best and whatever system he would recommend i would post around the net and see what their opinions are on it and i will see his ebay feedback etc and what he has sold to check if he was the real deal anyway :) not going to transfer 3K like its nothing lol

I really think you are missing the point about the other guys monitor comment. Sure you could tell me you already have one, but there is no point to building a killer rig unless you buy at least a 1080p monitor for it. If you already have one then i will take back everything ive said. However if you dont get onewith that budget then you are SERIOUSLY missing the point of high end PC gaming.
I did what most smart people do and kept my rig around the $2000 mark. But i had to wait a few months before i could actually enjoy it by purchasing a real HD pc monitor.

Yeah, what you said makes so much sense. The millions of people that play those games around the world must be smoking crack. What else is worthless hoket; penicillin and airbags?

There is currently no fix. The people who are not having problems just have the right component combination. I know what I just said sounds over simplified and made up but it is unfortunately true. Sometimes it is a punkbuster issue but if you have tried the well publicized PB fixes and they dont work, you are scewed.
The one thing you can do is find someone who is really really good with computers. You never ever ever ever want to do what I am about to suggest without knowing exactly what to do. Also, there is a small chance that it may not work; simply for component issues. You can set up your computer for dual boot. There really is no risk in doing it; it just takes a lot of time to do and if it doesnt work some more time to reverse. It just all depends how desperate you are. I know this answer was vague and contained no certainty but such is life.
Also, you could always just play BF2, I went back to it after a good amount of time spent on BF2142.
