I have them all plugged into one card, the one in the first slot, two DVI for the Dell monitors, and s-video for the TV. I have another DVI cable, I'll try plugging the TV into the second card through DVI. Think that will work?

Tried disabling SLI again and still nothing, says your graphics card only supports two monitors. Is there some program out there that can help with this? If not looks like I'm going to be buying another card.

I have a EVGA 680i board so that means no third SLI slot.

For PCI: I recommend the x1550 pci, works fine, it's very weak. Pci express: 8400mgs, I have this on my computer running my second and third monitor. Note I am using an hd3870x2 as my main videocard. PCI 1x, the only one I know pci 1x is the x1550.JigglyWiggly_

You said that the x1550 is very weak, is that going to be an issue? I won't be running a whole lot on one of the extra Dell monitors. If I use the PCI card for one of the Dell's and only use it for web pages and word you think it will be good?

I can't believe that they wont let you use all the inputs on the card, nor the inputs on the second card, sounds like shenanigans to me.

Alright, so I have two Dell monitors and a 48" AOC 1080 plasma TV. I am running two 8800GT's in SLI on Windows 7 Ultimate. All three of the displays are plugged into the first card.

I have always run one of my monitors and the TV at the same time, as an extended display. But I just acquired the second monitor and was wondering if I could use all three of them at once.

The reason I want to do this is because being in college I do a lot of research papers so its nice having two monitors to work with while studying, then the plasma TV to watch movies and play games on.... plus the TV and the newest Dell monitor were free lol. I hate to use the plasma TV to work off of because of the burn in factor.

The problem that I'm having rite meow is that when I go into nVidia control panel and try to set up multiple displays it tells me that only up to two displays are possible to run when SLI is enabled. Even when I disable SLI I'm still not able to run all three at once.

Is there any way that I could run both the Dell monitors and the TV all as extended displays? If so how?

I have liquid cooling, and its not loud at all, a bit unnecessary though unless you plan on overclocking. Do you plan on building your self, or having someone else build what you want?

you can overclock it to 3.2 ghz without blowing it up if you go any further you will likely blow it because of the voltage.queenfan66

heh i got mine to 3.6, i would immagine that heat would be a problem before voltage in terms of blowing up.

Yeah, that will leave the PC that you have right now in the dust. The power supply that you have might work, but I would recomend upgrading it, the ones that come with cases are generaly cheap. The Q6600, I think is a great idea. To run both vista, and xp you have to dual boot, not that big of a deal. If your going to get another hard drive and run them both you might want to consider running them in RAID. You might have some trouble getting the RAID to work if you have never done it before. If you dont choose to do a RAID, just getting to harddrives to work is no problem at all.

Oh and I'm glad you like that PC that I recomened, it's the exact same as mine.:P

[QUOTE="svtoorn"]I'm pretty sure your talking about the Disk Cleanup, it can save you some room by getting rid of old unused files like temporary internet stuff of hybernation files, but all it really does is free up space no proformance boost. About the french, cant you just install a english language pack?Burdith

Oh...yeah i guess i could = / Do you know where I can find it :o?

In Vista Go Start-> All Programs-> Windows Update-> View Avaliable Updates Now just look for a English language pack, check it and install
