I think it sucks backwards compatibility wasn't a feature of the PS4. I of course know why it can't just like I'm sure others do as well but it still sucks. I think it's something that could definitely aide a console's launch, especially if it has weak launch titles. A good example would be the recent release of the Switch.
I've had rage far too many times to even count as far as video games are concerned. I remember my team making it to the playoffs when I was in high school and we were up by 1 point. Guy on our team thought it was smart to take the inbound pass and run up the court and chuck a shot up, thinking they wouldn't have a chance to foul us and we wouldn't have the chance at missing freethrows and letting them get back in the game (this is what he told us after)....needless to say he chucks it...they get the rebound and run it up the court and the dude heaves it up for a game winner. As far as IRL moments, I don't think I've ever been madder than that right there.
I think both would probably be successful seeing as how they both have their exclusives that people love. I think SONY would probably make out a bit more successful than Microsoft though.
