I was just curious. After I beat a game I usually don't play it ever again because I've already moved onto something else. So its probably smarter to just rent from gamefly. What do you guys think?
I was just wondering what games you have downloaded off of psn and which ones are the best. I'm thinking about getting mortal kombat and perhaps something else.
Does the temperature in you're room affect how hard the fans work on the ps3? I like in San diego so the santa ana winds along with the fires have made it really humid, and hot inside my house. my ps3 is out in the open, but it got really loud, louder than I have ever heard it.
yeah I actually do know about the smoothing option and it still looked bad. Although you can play ps2 games on the 80gb ps3 there seem to be more minor errors than the 60gb version. so while it does play them you will experience some problems from time to time.
Not because the ps3 is unreliable but because I am the most paranoid shopper. I bought a 60gb ps3 a week ago from best buy. I heard they dropped the price of the 80gb a few days later so i exchanged it for the 80gb with motorstorm. It worked really well but I still felt inside that I made the wrong decision. I kept telling myself that backwards compatability isn't that important. But then i popped in a few of my ps2 games on the 80gig and they didn't look too good. So today I exchanged my ps3 again for the 60gb version and I had the option of 2 games or a controller and I chose heavenly sword. I think I made the right decision because I have the peace of mind knowing that I can play ps2 games correctly, and now I have heavenly sword instead of motorstorm. .
I just bought a ps3 2 hours ago. I was on the fence for a whole year between the ps3 and the 360. I got chills when I finally grabbed the ps3 at best buy. I sitll plan on getting a 360 but much later. anyways i dont have any games yet but what are the best demos? I'm downloading ratchet and clank right now and its taking forever. I also need to add some friends to chat with and play online.
Do you guys think there will be another price drop sometime in 2008? I can wait a year for a price drop, and for when they add the 65 nm gpu to the 360. I know they have the 65 nm cpu in some 360's now, but i can wait until the system becomes a bit more reliable wil the addition of the 65nm gpu.
For the most part multi-platform games have gotten better scores and looked better on the xbox 360. Do you think that multi-plat games for the ps3 will begin to look as good if not better than the 360 in the future? I'm really looking forward to games such as assasins creed and the force unleashed and am still undecided on what next gen system I should get. I hope these games turn out good for the ps3. I've always preferred Sony and the Playstation but I'm not sure as of right now.
