Ok thanks everyone. I think the footnotes tool would work well for this essay.

Hey everyone. I was just wondering what other forms of motorsports you guys watch or follow. I follow and love almost every form of motorsport that I have ever watched. I follow and watch every series in NASCAR, F1, Indycar, BTCC, WTCC, ALMS, Austalian V8s, AMA, GP2, GP3, motogp, Grand Am, and pretty much all of the smaller divisions for all of those series that I have access to in America. I was just wondering why you like to watch these other forms of motor racing and if you think F1 could improve by implementing some rules from other forms of racing or why you think F1 is perfect just the way it is and what these other forms of motorsports should learn from F1.

I'm writing an essay right now that uses many quotes from one source. I'm not sure exactly how I should refernece the quote when discussing it a second time. Right now I'm just say "the quote from page 335" but that sounds stupid and incorrect. I was wondering if any of you know the correct mla or apa way of referencing a quote for the second time or at least know of a better way that i could write it. Thanks for any help

I am a fan of most motorsports. I follow over a dozen different racing series's and watch almost every race I can throughout the season. I am a huge fan of both NASCAR and F1 but lately I've noticed a trend of NASCAR fans bashing F1 and F1 fans bashing NASCAR. Now I realize that neither sport is perfect but I see good quality racing in both series's. There are pros and cons in NASCAR and F1. I think if fans from either side just sat down and watched some of the good racing then that would stop alot of the arguments. Now I've heard the argument that NASCAR is boring and its just about turning left lap after lap. NASCAR is not just about that. There is a strategy of when to pit, what to do during that pit to improve your car, and during the race if and when you should attempt to pass the car in front of you. Throughout an entire NASCAR race there is almost a guarantee of multiple leaders and around five drivers during any race will have a chance to win. The most exciting moments for a NASCAR race sometimes comes down to the last lap and its not uncommon to see a race decided by less then half a second which is very exciting. i get an adrenaline rush every time I watch those finishes and trust me it is not boring. Here are some of the most exciting NASCAR finsishes:

All of these races were within the last ten years and were decided by a fraction of a second. NASCAR can be very exciting and entertaining. Its not all about turning left and its not easy to win one of these races. NASCAR drivers have to drive a 3,000 pound car with less horsepower then an F1 car and with less grip with 1-3 cars around them at all times for over 3 hours. It isn't easy and it is physically demanding. Its good racing and it deserves respect.
