Zenescope "Returns To Wonderland"

Zenescope Returns To Wonderland In May with 99-cent issue

Zenescope Entertainment, the publishers of Grimm Fairy Tales and the wildly successful Se7en, will be debuting Grimm Fairy Tales presents: Return to Wonderland this May. The series kick off with a special 99-cent #0 issue. #1 is set to release in July. Raven Gregory, writer of The Gift and Se7en, will be penning the tale.

"I always loved the dark nature of fairy tales," says Gregory. "That sense of a moral lesson wrapped up in a horror movie -- just waiting for the big bad wolf to jump out at you from around the next corner. With Return to Wonderland we wanted to rip off the pretty bow and cute wrapping paper and reveal the real meat of the beast -- but we still wanted to pay homage and follow up on the events of the original."

"Simply put, this story is going to blow people away," explains Zenescope VP Ralph Tedesco. "From concept to finished script this series is nothing short of an intense and emotional thrill ride. Raven was asked to step to the plate on this and he smashed it out of
the park. I truly believe this series will show comic book fans that Raven Gregory easily deserves being mentioned as one of the best young writers in the industry."

The 99-cent issue will have 5 pages of original story, character sketches and other bonus material. It features a cover by Grimm Fairy Tales cover artist Al Rio.

Spider-Man 3 (May 07 for PS3 & 360)

Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer (June 07 for next-gen consoles)

Iron Man (Movie Game) (TBA 08 for next-gen consoles)

What I Think About The PS3...

Okay, so overall I think it's a fairly solid system.  But I think it could've been a lot better.  I'm really disappointed in the launch games, there was only a few good games that came out of it.  I was hoping that the PS3 would have "Achivements" much like the 360, but again, didn't happen.

It's not a bad system, it's much quieter than the 360, you can hardly even tell if it is on.  The heat-sensative buttons are a nice addition compared to the 360's.  I think the PS3 will be a lot better when it gets some more solid titles out.
