For the compatibility, make sure to update your console to the latest version to have a maximum of bckward compatible game. My local video store sold used Xbox game 2$ apiece (canadian) and I got all Splinter Cells, Jade Empire (I already own KOTOR 2, Fable, Nija Gaiden), but some games would'nt play that are compatible because I don't have the latest version.
You could get some more achievements while you're playing through the game again. I haven't started another one after I finished the game, but I started KOTOR 2 on my 360 and bought Jade EMpire to play through another time.
