At long last, my sapphire 5770 has arrived and so it's time to catch up with some gaming. Being without a graphics card for about half a year has given me time to meditate on the meaning of life and I have finally realized that the secret of true happiness is.... whatever, I'm off to start my healing process with some Resident Evil 5. :D

I'm usually a very patient person but alas my temper is running out. Ever since my radeon 3650 died, I've been waiting for the 5770 to become available in the market but have had no luck so far. Either the power supply was available and not the card or vice versa. Now that I've bought a thermaltake 650W, the graphics card is out of stock again. And the E3 didn't help either. So many games and I'm unable to play any of them.

I just hope I can get it soon or I'll just crack.

I'm officially hooked to the E3 Gran Turismo 5 trailer shown at the Sony conference. I've been a long time fan of Gran Turismo and have devotedly followed the development of GT5 so now that it's got a release date and everything, I'm having real trouble focusing on anything else.

This year's E3 was awesome and there are many other games I'm really excited about but currently, all I can think about is how I can get my hands on GT5 when it's released. I don't own a PS3 and affording one would be quite a challenge for me. The best I can think about is asking a friend who has a PS3 to lend it to me for a month so that I can play this masterpiece. I've seen forza 3 and admit it's awesome but ever since the time I saw Gran Turismo 4 on the PS2, it's always been Gran Turismo for me.

I've also become a fan of the song in the E3/10 Gran Turismo 5 trailer. Everyone is saying it's an unreleased GT5 exclusive song by Daiki Kasho and Jonathan Undertown. All I know is, it's awesome.

This is my first blog entry and I'm wondering what to write, although I don't need to think that much since the only one who will read my blog is... hmm... let me think........ ME. Ok, now, lets get started. First of all, I have to say that I'm proud to be a member of Gamespot cause it gives me a chance to be on top of all the news and events of the GAMING world, allows me to express my views on video games, etc AND gives me access to the thoughts of gamers around the world. The second thing I would like to mention is that I have a really PATHETIC internet connection (it's something around 8 KBps and people where I live call it broadband!! ) so it's impossible for me to watch any of the live video streams (like 'On The Spot' ) which I would like to very much. I can't watch it later either cause it takes AGES to for the stream to load. The maximum we have here is around 64KBps and that too costs a fortune. Games and Technology are my two biggest hobbies and I think I would buy every cool gadget in the world if I had the chance. That's all for today, there will be more entries soon.
