I'll still be getting it because there'll be a point towards the end of the game where it autosaves and tells you the game is ending soon. The endings they want to do will probably have a lot of changes so playing after the ending would be silly.
Look at this guy apparently I've become his next "victim" because of how I owned his friend so hard he had to get a new PSN. This guy is a piss poor troll and has no imagination, he covered my channel with comments insulting my sexuality and that's it. I've decided to insult his trolling skills because they just can't compare to me, I trolled a guy even though he blocked me, there's just no stoppingme. I want you guys to insult this guys trolling skills BTW I'm MegaAnalMaster.
I did ignore him, I didn't block him, I just let him send all those messages, just for better evidence. I need to grow up for reporting people who do bad things? You need to grow up and take a stand, don't just let people do wrong things and let them get away with it.
See the similarities between this, and real life? If you saw someone getting beat up across the street, would you ignore it, or call the cops?

I think the example you gave is taking things a bit out of context. Assault and battery in real life is quite a bit different than someone sending you messages on your video game. In your case, you arn't "taking a stand" you are trying to get even. Report him if you want, its doubtful you will know if he's been banned or not. This is just a prime example of why the block feature was added in the first place, so just use it and move on. He's not trying to get even, he's trying to get him banned from PSN to make the community a better place. If only more people reported others for doig things such as this.
I assume most people are playing the single player or private free roam. I don't think it's your connection because when I tried to play the multiplayer I could only find games with 2 or so people playing.
The only problem I had with Borderlands is that the voice chat was so bad me and my friend could only talk for 3 seconds before being cut off; we had to talk in bursts so eventually we just went to play games where the voice chat worked.
