just watch it..its not the update. they would do the update at diffrent time. the time they would do it is the time when most of america are sleeping and morning to europe)
yeah mine fails too on the Xbox Live part,i tought it was just me..i got out of halo,was not in xbox live and still could talk to my fried in private chat..weird
