MS didnt get to be the #1 monopoly by giving away stuff. (Actually they did in part, but it was to screw others out of market share so that effects the market for the worse so doesnt count)
Is it wise to pick up an used 360? My brother is thinking about getting but doesn't really want to pick up a new one he doesn't play games too often. So whats your opinion its alright to get a used 360 (no 3 rings of death) or should just save the extra funds and get a new one?

Out of all the items to pickup second hand a 360 is possibly the worst. Seriously, buy new.
TeeBeenz all you have done is critisize other peoples IGOTY, it is from there prospective not yours. Also how is portal not the most inovative game of the year? What was more inovative? Bioshock? GRAW 2? I thought not. But to explain yourself why not tell us what the real most inovative game of the year is?

Do you even know what innovation means? Portal was a redo of Narbacular drop. i.e. "it had been done before" not only that 10 years ago Prey did portals and puzzles and the new one does to, all before Portal came out. Portal isnt anything close to innovative. Its been done before.
I've tried all ym games only my downloaded games are working right now. Do I need a new system because I got this one on November 10th and I feel it should be working fine any tips.
P.S All ym disks are clean

Do a factory reset (which will wipe everything so make sure your backups are upto date), if it still causes issues get it replaced.
