Guess what? I still live! XD *evil cackling* *everyone else groans* Sorry, you have to put up with me again ^^ Hi! How has everyone been? i've been doing great these last few months! :D I'm having a life outside the computer *gasp* :shock: And when i'm on the computer, I've been spending most of my time on Crunchyroll (an anime and manga website). My friends made me an account there since i was taking too long to make my own account! :lol: Normally i'd give out my username and tell anyone who has an account there to add me, and bla bla bla XD But the main reason i'm on there is to talk to my friends outside the computer... I really haven't been logging on here in the last two months... ever since the new redesign here, i haven't felt much of a desire to spend a lot of time here. - Now, Halloween! That was fun! I went as a soul reaper! :lol: I had to make my costume from scratch and i only had a sword sheath (I wasn't allowed to use the real sword my friend was going to lend me T.T) My friends went as Honey from Ouran High School Host club, another as Udahada from Bleach, another dressed up in a kimono, and some other friends went as a "peaceful ninja," and a ninja from Naruto. We all wore our costumes to school, so that was fun! ^_^ Two people thought that my friends dressed up as Udahada and wearing a Kimono was Moses and Jesus!! :lol: XDDIt was even more fun trick-or-treating. Yes... i'm in grade 11, and i went trick or treating XD *everyone else* 0_______o My friend has a Japanese exchange student and we promised we'd go with them (plus, it was an excuse to go XDD) We slept over at my friends house and watched some movies, talked and ate candy (we didn't watch any horror though, we we're going to though but we didn't thankfully, i'm not good with horrors... xD) Isn't Hitsugaya especially cute in this picture!? XD Speaking of Ouran High school host club, I just watched some of the english dubthat came out the other day... I'm disappointed. I didn't like Tamaki's voice, I think Vic is a great voice actor, but it didn't suit him, neither did Hunny's or many other characters... i didn't think the twins or Kyouya voices were that bad though ^_^ Overall though, if anyone is going to watch it for the first time, i highly suggest the Japanese with subs! I had my friend come over for the night and the next day we saw the Dark Knight in iMax for my second time (I adore that movie!) Oh, speaking of movies, they played the Death Note live action movie in my area! I got to see it on monday night, it was quite well done ^_^ Lets just say, it gives me hope for the Avatar live action movies XD As for presents, I was massively spoiled XD I got Super Smash bros brawl, House season four, a Biography of House, some movies my dad thinks that I'll like (starring Hugh Laurie and Robert Sean Leonard) a T-shirt that says 'I love anime and drawing it' with some drawings I've actually done! That was some of the stuff from my family, my friends really spoiled me! I got a Kyo bag, a Hitsugaya backpack, a Hitsugaya T-shirt, manga, and they all ordered me a Bleach game for my Wii!! :D It was a great birthday ^_^ Now I'll ramble on about one of my new favorite movies ^_^ Bleach: The Diamond Dust Rebellion [spoiler] 'Bleach: The Diamond Dust Rebellion' follows the story of captain Hitsugaya, who is forced to deal with his painful past when a new enemy appears after stealing the king's sacred jewel. Suspected with rebellion against the soul society, Hitsugaya is ordered to be executed and goes to hide in the human world. The mystery of Toushiro's past is unraveled along with a shocking truth about his zanpakutou. This movie was very well done, and is a must see even if you haven't watched much of Bleach. The music, the storyline and the characters made it all very enjoyable. Ichigo went hollow for a small amount of time, and the characters bankai's were amazing as usual. It had humor like usual, some great moments were when Renjii "Woke up" Ichigo by punching him in the face, that was priceless XD (And since I'm already a massive Hitsugaya fan, it was even better for me since it was all about him XD) The only thing I'm disappointed with is that the ending came on very quickly (and it'll be another year before I can buy it on dvd! Auggh! Too long!) [/spoiler] I saw it last Friday at my friends house, and basically, it was amazing. Have I ever mentioned how much I absolutely adore Hitsugaya? I don't think I have XD Well, even before I watched Bleach I still thought he was awesome XD I love him so much!! XD Ever since I saw the movie, I've been on a Hitsugaya high XD So icons galore! Hmmmm, I wonder how many people recognize me with my new icon... XD Well, I couldn't resist, Hitsugaya is just one of the best characters of all time! Well, I finally saw the series finale for Avatar! And yes, I say finally because I waited and watched them instead with my friends, and it was worth the wait! (My thoughts below will have spoilers, so read at your own risk). [spoiler] I thought that the last few episodes of Avatar was incredible! Actually, that's not really enough to describe it, it was more like Incredibly-amazing-fantasmic-entertaining-etc... XD I thought the writers did a really good job! And I'm also really glad they didn't end it off with the invasion and eclipse like we may have thought back in season 2, it made it more enjoyable and unpredictable. I thought that the twist they threw in with aang being upset about having to actually kill the fire-lord was very interesting, I mean he IS just a kid, so they way they ended it off was well done. The only thing i was disappointed with was two main things: 1) They didn't have a flash forward scene of everyone in the future. I would have thought they'd add that and that would be neat to see how the world was doing after the war, how the characters were, etc. 2) They ended with a cliffhanger! 0_0 Now we'll never know what really happened with Zuko's mom. When Zuko asked his dad about where his mom was I was excited because I knew they'd bring something about her somewhere in the series finale, but they didn't say where she was or anything, they just left it there! Other then that, I really enjoyed it! :D Wow, I can't wait until the live action movies come out, I'll be beyond excited for the third book, seeing that last scene in live action would be incredible! [/spoiler] - Now i can say that I am officially Bleach obsessed (notice how i say officially XD). Back when i said i had started watching a little back around Christmas I didn't really continue and i had only watched a few, but now i'm around episode 70 (which is still far behind compared to where some of my friends are, but meh :P) Yay for Bleach! XD I'm even hosting a Bleach marathon in a few weeks with some of my friends, and so far from all the DVD's and tapes that we have combined, it will take about 10 hours to get through it all 0_0 XD Should be fun :P That reminds me, we've had lots of fun with the exchange student of ours! :D She even likes the same series, music (Japanese that is XD) that I have, so that's cool. And i did say i'd try to keep this short, so i think that i'll wrap up, but not without some Bleach and Avatar icons! I just realized that it's been exactly a month since i've updated, so i've got quite a mouthful again, but then again, when don't I have a lot to say? XD First of all, i just finished my last exam this morning (I had math, french and science all crammed into one semester, fun huh? XD), so it's officially the beginning of summer vacation! :D Wahoo! Yay summer! My summers going to be a blast, i can't wait! :D

• Were going to have a japanese exchange student for three weeks! :D Thats something i'm really excited about! My mom even asked if we could get someone who liked anime and manga for me XD
• My braces come off in a week!
  

• My aunt wants me to spend a few days with her up where she lives (i love my aunt, she's so much fun! ^_^ My older sister is also only a few minutes from where she lives too, which is a bonus).
• I have a bunch of drawing projects planned (i'm actually not allowed to use the printer anymore since i've been scanning and printing off so many manga pages with pictures on them i want to draw that the ink ran out :lol: XD) I've also asked my teacher for some extra art projects over the summer, so i have a color one with bottles to work on which looks like a good challenge. (My aunt is also really supportive of my drawing).
• I'm going camping about twice, once with my family and another time with my friends (but at this point it looks like the only camping i'll be doing is in one of our backyards XD).
• My friends and i are also planning on doing a bunch of stuff together this summer, like going to the night market, camping like i mentioned, and the next few days we'll be busy getting ready to throw a little surprise party for one of my friends who is going to be away most of the summer (were making a cake on thursday which is sure to be interesting... XD)
• And my sweet sixteen is this summer! :D

Speaking of my friends, part of the reason it may seem like i'm never here anymore is because i've been hanging out a lot lately with my friends from school. I met them a few months ago, but since then I have been extremely happy lately! I really am glad that i met them, we're all anime/manga/drawing addicts and love doing a bunch of stuff together. I've been really happy since i've been hanging out with them, and since we actually get off our butts and do things (unlike my last group of friends...) i'm not on here much anymore XD - - *is shot for the icons* ... i just thought it needed more colors and pictures with all of the words! Don't hate me! XD Okay, so...Pizza party since school is over! XD We've got drinks and pop too as long as you request them ^^ I'm the DJ... again XD [spoiler] I've been tagged by Phantom_girl, so here is ten random facts about me! :P 1. I'm drinking a can of Green Tea ginger ale 2. I'm listening to "Hands open" by Snow Patrol 3. I finished the 14th volume of Full Metal Alchemist and the fifteenth of Fruits Basket today (and loved the 13th volume of FMA so much i had to go buy a copy ^_^) 4. Everytime i hear "Lets get it started," i think of bleach XD 5. I have a list of 56 amv's planned that i want to do (0_0 And the list keeps growing too... XD) 6. I'm horrible at french, but i apparently do really well doing french presentations (according to my marks at least, i get high A's, which is a little hard to believe considering my pronounciation leaves much to be desired XD) 7. I watched House last night when i should have been studying for my science exam today XD 8. I've been playing the guitar for five years (both electric and acoustic) 9. I love traveling! I've been to places in Italy, New York, California, places across Canada and Mexico. Around my mirror is a bunch of postcards of places i've been or postcards from where some of my friends have been (so most of them are from China, Italy and England). 10. I have a bulletin board above my bed that i made that is basically a bunch of pictures of things that i like (including Fruits Basket, Full Metal Alchemist, my FMA calander, House, my dog, my favorite bands, etc.) Yep! Hello everyone! Strap yourselves in, i have a lot to talk about since i hardly update here XD *everyone groans* Ohh hey! My endless talking isn't that bad... right? XD Anways, first of all... Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull I am a big Indianna Jones fan, i love the movies! Their some of my favorites and i'm really glad i was able to see this the second night it came out since i've been wanting to see this movie for i don't know how long! For those of you who haven't seen the movie yet, there WILL be spoilers. You have been warned XD - [spoiler] "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" was a very good movie! Harrison Ford and Shia worked fantastic together as a team. The fighting scenes (especially the one in the jungle) were very well done and was fun to watch from the very beginning. It was around the last twenty minutes or so (or whenever the aliens came into the script) of the movie that i was dissapointed with. Even though it was very well done for the majority of the movie, the last little bit didn't feel much like Indianna Jones, it felt more like the 2nd National Treasure (which isn't a bad thing, since i like National Treasure 2, but i was expecting something a little bit more). The ending was confusing, and there are still several things i am confused about with the aliens, what the nuclear explosion near the beginning was about, some of the characters (like the one man who claimed he was Indy's friend, they never made it very clear whose side he was really on) and i felt that it ended too quickly. When the credits came on, i felt like 'What!? That's it!?' (but i think it may have been just me XD My family didn't think it ended too quickly) Aside from everything that i wasn't crazy about in the movie, this movie is very well done and still well worth its money that i'd see many more times in theatre (which i am, at least one or two more times at least). Overall, i'd give it an 8/10. [/spoiler] - Season four of House has come to an end, with the episode "Wilson's Heart." This episode was very well done but one of the saddest episodes of House i have ever seen! I've watched it three times and i still get teary whenever i see it :cry: But for what felt like the first this season, the case was very interesting, and since we actually knew who the patient was (Amber) from this entire season it made it even more exciting. I felt very bad for Wilson though, when it turned out that there was nothing they could do for Amber from the bus crash. The episode before this one "House's Head" was very interesting too, i can't wait for season five now! XD Darn, the picture was cut off. Ahhh well, its true XD House is love XD Well, i guess talking about TV and movies so much make it seem as if i have no life no? XD There's just a few things i want to mention that *gasp* don't relate to TV XD Even though there's a lot more going on, i'll just mention two of the more interesting things XD The computer I use for scanning pictures was broken for the last little while, so I couldn't scan many of my drawings, but now that it's fixed i have some new drawings on DeviantART (I'd post them here, but come on, this blog will be long enough as it is :lol: XD) So i'll just give the links and I'd love it if you checked them out! ^^ Kyoru (remember that picture i was talking about in my last blog? We were talking on msn and he said he wanted to talk to me about something "face to face" the next time we see each other (skating registration... sometime soon i think XD) and judging by what he was asking me earlier like if i was single, i think he's going to ask me out XD I also asked my two guy friends from art what they thought from when he said "face to face" and before i even finished my sentence, they said he wants to ask me out XD (speaking of art, one of my friends from that class, Marcus, brought a little remote controlled RC car and was driving it around the class room and was driving it across the desks :lol: It was so funny! The three of us practically died from laughter XD) As much as i am flattered, i'll have to tell him that i think we should just be friends for now since i'm not allowed to date (and not to mention i'm only fifteen... that's a little young isn't it? I'm turning sixteen in a few months though... that still seems young though. What do you think?) Which is too bad, he's really a nice guy. Not to mention he's an animaniac like me (and one of the only guys i know that likes Fruits Basket :lol: XD) Dang XD [/spoiler] - I also started two new manga series the past few weeks: Tsubasa and From Far Away. I think i may have mentioned once or twice about a top art course at my school for only the top artists for each grade, but i'm not sure XD But anyways, heres the news... [spoiler] My teacher invited me into it! :D Yay! *tosses confetti* This is incredible! There's about 2500 students at my school and only about 15 in each class for grades 10-12 and i made it! :D I'm very, very happy about this! Especially coming from a teacher who's hard to impress XD ... and since i'm talking about art anyways, new drawing! The news about Avatar isn't all that great, since it states at the end that the last four episodes in June or July... urgh. Meaning that the DVD will be out before its even aired on TV (which is ridiculous). But i'll probably buy or order it before then anyways, i've been driving my parents insane talking so much about it being post-poned that they'd probably willingly buy it for me just to shut me up! :lol: XD But they released a trailer for the series finale at NYCC and the last few episodes look incredible! :D I can't wait! Whee! XD Icons in celebration! In other news... Has anyone ever watched or played the Final Fantasy series? I saw the movie Final Fantasy: Advent Children about a month or so ago at my friends house and i LOVE it! :D Such a good movie! XD The animation is incredible! Even non-anime fans would like this movie. The proof: A friend of mine from art class who doesn't care for anime watched it at the 30 hour famine and he says he wants to buy the movie now, and i even convinced my dad to watch it :shock: XD I made a trailer for it and i'd love it if you had a look! :D [spoiler] Speaking of the famine, i participated in the 30 hour famine again! :D It was a lot of fun! I even met two more Avatar fans! XD We had dance-dance revolution set up and were playing it until about 2 in the morning XD (and i'm just going to say now that i am NOT a good dancer! :lol: XD) In the morning we went to this world vision event about HIV/AIDS victims to help us understand more about why we were doing the famine. I also brought my Final Fantasy movie i was just talking about and watched in the drama theater after we came back(its a really good theater too, it had soft seats and a big screen to play it on, i almost felt like i was in a movie theater at points XD) Most of the people there turned out to be anime fans and i'm just going to say now that it is a lot of fun watching anime in a room full of anime addicts :lol: XD [/spoiler] - Last thing... but people who aren't fans of Fruits Basket can feel free to skip this part XD Funny, i suggested Fruits Basket to a friend at school the other day, and now 6 people i know are reading it! :lol: So i've gotten to read more of the manga, and i have to say, i think it's better then the show XD Especially because of the Kyo/Tohru moments (I'm a major Kyoru fan XD) So i literally screamed when i saw this from chapter 122... *Huge fan girl scream* Squee! I LOVE it! :D So sweet! This has kept me high for the last 24 hours XD ... this turned out to be a lot longer then i thought. Sorry XD t_f :wink:

Good news! I got my computer back! XD *tosses confetti* Even better news! Avatar won the KCA awards! :D Yes! I'm really happy with this one! This was my second drawing i drew in my new sketchbook i bought specifically for larger drawings (it may not look like it but its a lot bigger in real life XD I had to shrink it down quite a bit in GIMP XD) I used some proper sketching pencils i got from my mom for Christmas a few years ago. I haven't really used them before, but i decided to use them in this picture. Also, smudgers are my new best friend XD I also got them for Christmas a few years ago, but i recently started using them for my art class and figured it would look good if i used them with drawings i do in my spare time. I think it really stands out from my other drawings where shading is concerned! ^^ I also posted this on my deviantART account ^^ You can find it here.
