@-KyoKi- ...Or 'if' it will come out, or why it was set back. I suspect there will be some significant revisions by the end of it all, which should be generally good news for those that will actually buy it.
'Uh, yeah, sorry guys, I realize we said it was going to come out and you are really excited and all, but what he meant to say was 'It will be out before the next generation--AFTER the next generation!' Heh heh, and of course none of you are dumb enough to get that confused with 'THE NEXT generation!'' *Turns and flogs the PR officer*
Oh, I support Playstation, just not Sony in their dairy-farming-like ploys, such as 'OH, LOOK, guys! I found this new, slightly-improved variation on the comparatively ubiquitous console you finally compromised to buy after six years--but it will cost you!'
@ziproy I despise that statement even more than you do because to me it is an admission of guilt and a shoddy excuse all in one spineless statement. It is saying 'Yeah, and for you who expect freedom from a dead-end plot-rush, we won't give it to you but you can believe you will get it long enough to buy the game.'
Humbug, why didn't more games integrate this level of AI IN ADDITION TO their other niche innovations?? I'm glad I can fire off on this here, maybe this will spike global awareness of cheap tricks and shoddy products from developers here now that we raise the bar and hold them accountable for pawning lazy algorithms. In fact, we can even draft a Magna Carta establishing our unimpeachable right to be treated like an esteemed fanbase, or at least an intelligent body of consumers who won't buy junk!
This doesn't even interest me since I am increasingly jaded by claims of 'innovative' features that really only translate to lazy, sloppy tweaks on the same old heuristics.
G-haaaaaaaah! The thought of reducing a superhero game into a cut-rate arcade fighter is so disgusting I am revisiting this topic to post my disdain again!
