Wow, this thread got really nasty! I enjoyed the show alot; especially the tag match which was classic ECW(as far as I'm concerned). The Angle squash match was funny and that headbutt was nasty. Was happy with Punk's debut and expect greater matches to follow. The crowd was vintage ECW and funny as hell. Though, I'm really getting tired of fans throwing crap at the wrestlers. Even if I'm not a fan of a wrestler I respect that they go out there and bust their asses(and risk injury)to put on a show. I can't imagine it is easy to go out and perform in front of an audience that hostile.

Man, finally some good news for SD. I'll be glad to see the feud between Lashley and Finlay get strated back up again.

Well, I'm glad that ECW has been given an extension. The show still needs some work but I feel its coming along pretty well. Having a returning Angle and Punk finally getting in the ring will definitely help. They'll also get a boost when RVD returns from his suspension. I just wish they'd drop the whole only one extreme rules match a night crap. I just don't get the logic behind that decision, since ECW was always about no rules. I also want to see where they are going with the whole Heyman heel G.M. angle, because I just don't get it.

This is one of those PPV's I want to be excited about, it is just to early yet. As far as Hogan/Orton, I'm very "meh" about the whole thing. Growing up a Hogan fan I'll always have a respect for the man. I just don't get excited seeing him wrestle anymore. His matches always end up flowing the sameway, super predictable. I wouldn't mind seeing Randy get a clean win, but know it wont happen. I could see Brooke helping Randy win, but don't know if Hogan wants Brooke potrayed as a heel when they are trying to sell cds.

Sounded like a good show. I always tune in, so tonight shouldn't be any different.

For favorites I've got Samoa Joe, HHH, RVD, Christopher Daniels, C.M. Punk, Edge, Angle, Foley(been a fan for years and I love his promos) and Undertaker(hate him if you want but I think he is one of the best big men in the buisness).

Least favorites are Umaga, Big Show, Kane, Jeff Jarret, Jeff Hardy, The James Gang, Monty Brown, and Eugene.

An okay Raw, but nothing terribly memorable. Thought Cena's rant was actually funny, normally I tune out when that dude talks. Hogan got an amazing reaction, though I'm not surprised, people eat that guy's promos up(have since the 80's). The Carlito/Shelton match was really good; happy to see those two guys get the chance to actually have a full match. Am I the only one that thinks Flair needs to really step it up verbally in his feud with Foley? Foely has always cut a great promo; because of interjecting real emotions into them. He's been tearing Flair apart every week and Flair can't seem to come up with anything better than "fatboy", sad really. The main event wasn't to bad, but then again I really don't have much interest in the whole Edge/Cena feud. I'm glad Edge has the title, just for a change(I'm not a Cena hater, I'm just tired of his same old crap), but Edge as champ doesn't blow my mind to much either.
