Genesis is much cheaper, so if you're on a budget, I say Genesis.

@vespuche: That's basically it. Just not as serious or advanced. Also I wouldn't need it to hold the console like that considering I plan to have my N64 along which takes cartridges through the top of the console.

@ZombieKiller7: Not a handheld game system. Like a portable TV that is meant to connect to game consoles like N64 or Xbox360. So I could bring my consoles on vacation without bringing my regular TV that's too big to fit in a suitcase or bag.

You know how companies make those portable DVD players? Is there something like that but for connecting game consoles to? A link to the product would help, too. Preferably under $50.

@raugutcon: I like having the actual thing in my hand and sometimes the internet lags or glitches and may mess up the game.

@AcidTango: I don't really prefer any types of games over each other except racing and platform games. They're both really fun.

@mr_huggles_dog: Actually, I haven't played any of these consoles... That's really why I want them.
