if you like kingdom hearts then you could get the ds for the other new kingdom hearts game; but if you ever plan on getting a ps3 then the psp is probably the better choice. Also crisis core is coming out for the psp so there is another reason to buy the psp.
When mine broke I got a lovely 1 month free of x-box live. Which is totaly useful concidering I already pay for the service. That one month free card is the worst form of compensation.
My favorite boss battle was fighting Gilgamesh in FF XII. Trying to beat him was hard enough without worrying about stealing every single piece of Genji Armor; plus he has almost every cool weapon in existence.
1. FF IX: I think that IX's old school feel combined with some newer innovations made the game great. Also it was and still is the only Final Fantasy with multi-player.
2. FF VIII: The characters in VIII were some of the most human characters in the series and this was the first game in the series to use realistic character models. I could not help but get drawn into the story.
3. FF X: The graphics in that game were and still are the best in the series. Also the sphere grid was a great leveling system.
I hope that at least FFXIII will be ready for spring-summer 08, but at least we know good games are coming in the form of Killzone 2 and Little Big Planet.
I think that connecting your PSP to your PS3 helps to install remote play and also helps when trnsfering things from your PS3 to your PSP and vice versa.
