The part about shooting lots of people doesn't conflict with your beliefs? Do you play other shooters? Games where you steal things? It's fiction. If you are incapable of separating the two... I'm concerned.

Hopefully this is actual 'no kills' rather than the Deus Ex model of 'yes, you used tranqs only in this boss fight, but the cut scene is going to have them dead anyway'.

I fully agree that a title can separate itself by offering unpaid DLC, especially with little things like a bonus map, short quest, extra items, etc. The fuzzier line to me is lengthier DLC... Oblivion's Shivering Isles comes to mind, or Borderlands' Zombie Island of Dr. Ned. Both were high quality, length, and robust. You unfortunately can't expect companies to dedicate the time to those without expecting a pay out. I think more of the former leads to people being willing to accept more of the latter. The problem is when there are a half dozen <$10 DLCs.

While certainly interesting, the data is a bit skewed. The BBB operates on a complaint-driven basis, which means persons dissatisfied with the service they receive by a company have to complain to the BBB. Most people don't bother to do that unless they have serious issues. Sony's score being bad is unsurprising given their hacking issues and long server downtime last year. Zynga and Microsoft being high are unsurprising given their much more diverse (read: not purely gamer) customer bases.

I would also say the Boss from Metal Gear Solid 3. Great character conflict, both internal and external, great final battle, motives, etc.
