Half-Life 2 runs great on it, as does Counter Strike Source.

I used to run them both on my old computer which had that GPU.

MW2 sold well on the PC and lots of people play it regardless of what some of you like to think.

Yeah it really does sound like punk busters, this sort of thing used to happen to me all the time in CoD4.

Yeah the sides on the BenQ's are particularly thick, you can get same size screens with thinner edges but BenQ's are generally a lot cheaper.

For a flight simulator I would much prefer 1 big screen with TrackIR, you can look all around the cabin at all the control surfaces just by moving your head.

but if your monitor was in front of you, and you moved your head down to look at your flight controls, but the monitor was still in front of you, you'd have to roll your eyes up to see the monitor? perhaps i misunderstood?

You just sort of tilt/lean your head slightly while your eyes are still focused on the screen, the sensor amplifies your movement on screen depending on your settings so you don't have to move your head 90 degrees to look over your shoulder in the game.

This guy demonstrates/explains it better than I can :) :

The pics of actual ingame look AMAZING but the bars would just be kinda off putting although you wouldnt notice it as much if you are playing it yourself.. still i think someone should bring out a super widescreen.. seems the kinda advancement PC gaming needs to take things up a level.

Something like this?

Alienware has you covered, I thin NEC is making one as well.

Now if it was a flight simulator it would be like the windows on the plane so the bars would be normal or when you are working on something in windows. akbar13

Well I'm starting to think that maybe the demo was just a horrendous sample of the game? Because it was shocking just by RTS standards, let alone SupCom1 standards.

EDIT: Napoleon: TW review is up.

Apparently the vast majority of preorders for Silent Hunter 5 were cancelled after information on the DRM was released.
