@Gamesterpheonix: I agree about the shooting, but you knew ahead of time bullet drop wasn't going to be a factor. Nor travel time (shells and rockets are a different story). Most games shy away from those real life factors and Battlefield is one of the only champions.

The range on the weapons needs to be tweaked, yes. Pistols have way too much range, and assault rifles and subs probably shoot be dropped slightly. Maybe they will add more recoil/bullet scatter. The beta had issues, but they can be tweaked.

The Titans are mobile because, honestly, what would be the point of building 30 foot tall bipedal military robots that couldn't move? Why not stick with tanks? They can "sprint" and have 2 short boosts, as there needs to be a way to dodge missiles when you don't have vortex shield. They feel plenty heavy to me when walking. Do you want them to aim slower like Killzone soldiers? I'm sure there are technical reasons for that speed of movement, beyond any desire to make the game feel "weighty".

I say don't buy it because you don't seem to like the game, and there's no point in arguing about it. The resolution is not to buy the game. The beta opened up and plenty of people played it. Those that liked the game far outnumber those who genuinely do not.

@Gamesterpheonix: Well, I did agree with you and those other people, whomever they maybe, as do many others.

The benefit of killing the minions is to knockdown your titan timer -- not as quickly as pilot kills, but it all adds up. You can ignore them, as firing on minions reveals your position to pilots. It's up to you. Maybe getting a titan at a crucial moment can turn the tide for your team.

Titans fights are not simply "press fire until it's dead", so we disagree again (unless, of course, you catch an enemy titan from behind with no other enemies around you, then fire away). You have to use some strategy, know when to use your vortex shield or smoke or dodge/dash, run when outnumbered or simply losing, etc. I guess you feel the mechs are too nimble, and I suppose you could reduce every game involving shooting to "press fire until it's dead."

If you don't like the game...I don't know, don't play it? Certainly, don't buy it.

@Gamesterpheonix: Have you actually played the game? Because being in a Titan feels nothing like being a pilot. And I don't just say that because it can't wall run.

@PcGamingRig: No, haven't seen that problem until now. Looked like memory corruption. I think I saw a font set flash in there...

CD cleaner is only a temporary solution.   The laser is just weak, from playing too many games , or bootleg movies on DVDR .  DVD-rs are the death od PS2 lasers.   The best, permanent solution is to buy a new laser for your PS2 online,  just open it up, identify which model version PS2 you have, and buy a new appropriate laser online.  Its easy, and necessary if you play a lot of copied games on a modded Ps2.
