[QUOTE="Dilrod"]

[QUOTE="DoctorFunk"]I'm not sure why Ps3 fans would want it. The game blows hardcore imo, but then again, I happen to own it. Don't fall into the hype 1!11!!DoctorFunk

Its not so much wanting the game, I personally could care less, but its more of an issue with getting back at lemmings and microsoft for the trash talk etc they have done.

I guess. Lemmings don't really bother me, except I happen to think of 360 hardcore fanboys as lacking in gaming taste (as you can tell, not a big fans of FPS + crappy racers + crappy fighters + crappy RPGS (Oblivion is great though)). I sometimes wish I had a Ps3 instead. I'd be watching BluRay movies in 1080p on my Bravia, I'd be gaming online for free, and I'd be playing 3-4 cool games instead of just 2 right now (Kameo and COD3). GT5 is my most anticipated game, but I might buy Forza 2 even though it's not a GT game, unfortunately.

Wow that would look AWSOME on a bravia. I have a Phillips and it looks sweet.

And PS3 online is free and doesnt lag at all. I never understood why people would pay $50 a yr for laggy internet..

also, you can watch regular DVDs in 1080p now because the PS3 upconverts them and PS2 games with the 1.8 update

"The first difference that we noticed is that textures aren't quite as sharp as what we remember seeing on the Xbox 360 game. While some stuff is fine, another texture close by will be of a much lower resolution, resulting in a disjointed look to some of the environments. And as this is a game where you constantly use cover and therefore get close-up looks at walls all the time, there aren't many things that can be classified as "small" details. Fortunately though, the game did run quite well and we didn't notice any significant slowdown in our time with it."

They noted no slowdown. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the cause for all the delays. It was probably running at 15 FPS with these crappy textures and they decided they had to fix one of the two problems, so delayed the game for 6 months to get to work on it.

It also said the controls are "looser." Nice. It feels extremely good to get the leftovers again. Thanks, Ubisoft!

The sad thing, of course, is that all this comes in the midst of Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted, Lair, and Heavenly Sword, all of which look absolutely amazing. So, in other news, Ubisoft has no right to say "The Playstation 3 needs a price cut!"

 I think that Ubisoft is having a really hard time developing for the PS3. all of their games are below par with the Xbox versions. Oh well. I dont care anymore now that Socom has been announced. Who needs Ubi with Socom comeing out???
