I think Ocarina of Time is the best in the series, but Majora's Mask is MY all time favorite Zelda game.

So, my list would be:

1) Majora's Mask, 2) Ocarina of Time, 3) Wind Waker, 4) A Link to the Past, 5) Link's Awakening
