MS is still losing TONS of money on the 360 and lowering the price any further will SEVERLY HURT Microsoft's gaming division.

Well, lets do some thinking and math, i know it can be hard for some of you do don't do that much.

PS3 = $500 and Blue Ray = $1000 so.... that comes out to -$500 with 1 peace of equipment, not to mention the rest of the machine. So if Sony lowers the price they'll lose more money.
