Finding New Shows

I am spending some of this summer watching new shows on DVD that I am interested in. Just finished the 1st season of Castle last night and love it. I am starting Breaking Bad Season 1 today, just watched the pilot and it has me intrigued to say the least. Any others I should start watching? Let me know.

Quit Canceling My Shows!

I must have bad taste in television. Everytime a new show comes on that I like it gets canceled, the latest being The Good Guys. It did fine during the summer so they move it to the fall and then cancel it. I don't understand Networks. As if this is not bad enough Andy Whitfield (star of Spartacus Blood and Sand) has cancer leaving season 2 in doubt. First and foremost is his health so I hope things go well for him.

I guess I am thankful most of my favorite shows now air on FX. They are smart enough to keep good shows on the air.

My Dear, Dear Cardinals!

It looks as if my St. Louis Cardinals are not going to make the playoffs and this is hurting my pride a little bit. I know it is just a game but I grew watching these guys and have loved them every since. If there are any cardinal fans who sympahtize with me send me a comment. Cubs fans need not respond, LOL. Chris Carpenter his hurt again, I think his career is close to being over and the bullpen is just to shaky. Ok, I have vented now so everyone have a good day.

Big Movie Weekend For Me!

Ok,

I have to admit I like stupid comedy so I am very excited about the new movie "Stepbrothers". Will Farrell and John Reilly togehter are so funny!
I am aslo excited to see the new X-Files movie along with Batman. It is a good possibility that I may be seeing a double feature tonight and back tomorrow for one more! I have to catch up on Mad Men this weekend also, my eyes are gonna be hurting by Sunday night!
Have a good weekend!

Summertime Television

I am sitting here thinking about how jazzed up I am about Friday night with the premiere of Flashpoint and the begging of the second season of Burn Notice. A lot of people I know do not watch much TV in the summer but I am here to tell you there are some great shows on in the summer.

One of my favorite shows including all the fall shows is Burn Notice and it just so happens it is a summer show. No scheduling conflicts with my dvr, no children saying Dad Drake and Josh or Zoey101 is on. Just me and the show. I am pumped about Flashpoint, I think it is going to do well. There is another show coming premiering July 15th called The Cleaner on A&E. Its star is Benjamin Bratt. Who is he? Well, anyone that was an E-Ring fan knows.:)

These 3 shows are the ones I am looking forward to this summer but I know there are other good ones out there. Hey, I have time for more than just these 3 so give me your 3 top summertime shows. I need to add some more for my viewing pleasure.

RainyDays Makes Quality TV Time!

Since I live in the Midwest I have watched it rain for about 2 months now. It still has not stopped so I havemade up a bunch of shows I have been wanting to watch. I am getting ready to start Prison Break season 1. I have never watched an episode. I am very anal about watching any episode out of order. It looks like I am going to have more time on my hands so shoot me some ideas on some shows to watch. I have probably seen a lot but you never know!!

Where are my favorite Forums List?

I did not make it to the movies this past weekend to see Indiana Jones but I want to see it soon. I do not care about the bad reviews it is getting I know I am going to like it. Not to report. If anyone knows how to pull up the my favorite forums list can you let me know how to do that.

What am I doing?

I went and rented the rest of supernatural season 1 today and then ended up watching football all day. I want to get caught up on this show and I know I will be watching football tomorrow as it is opening NFL Sunday. I better get an episode in tonight.
