Hey all, Been a member of gamespot since 2004 and haven't made many posts but me and a couple of buddies have recently started a bf3 pc server. Plays all maps and all modes and are open to any suggestions or gametypes. Hard to get a server off the ground but if anyone is interested the name is: [CPS] $$Noobs and All Rejoice$$ Just trying to get something started that plays all maps and modes and not just 24/7 caspian and firestorm. Love and bash as you will. Cat Protective Services.
Overly biased poll. I think melee increases strategy, if a moron is running at you not shooting... he's going to try and melee you. If you're both up close melee has a chance to miss while with shooting you can still kill even though the melee at this point is stronger. Its about how you play and adapting to the game. Yeah lets not take out a feature that improves gameplay imo.
Awesome thanks I was just about to post that mobo up. I will have a 680 watt psu along with it. Should I be able to oc to 3.0 ghz? I've seen many have and just trying to get the most bang for the buck.
I've been researching for a while now on cpus/motherboards for my new comp. I'm going to go with the intel duo core e4300 since I've heard numerous people overclocking easily to 3.0 ghz and because of the cheaper price tag. I have 2gb ddr2 800 g. skill ram and an 8600gt oc sitting at my house to throw into my new comp. I'm going to purchase from: http://www.pc-infinity.com/pc/PWE430025640/Computer_System_Intel.html From the selection of motherboards on this website which would be the cheapest but still good motherboard for overclocking and to place my ddr2 800 into? This is really the only place I am stuck at with so many motherboards I'm not sure the best way to go. I've looked at numerous asus boards but with the intel cpu its been hard to find a decent board that supports ddr2 800 and that I can overclock with. Any help is appreciated, just need to find a decent motherboard from that list.
