Open Network sharing center. Then turn on the option for media sharing. That worked for me.

just because the videos look great doesn't mean they are showing you everything. for all we know there may be some major glitches they are working on to fix before hand.

I wish they would release it already though.. it looks cool.

After I To the Product out of the box and hooked it up to a TV(SDTV Mine U), here what i did in order.

1. The 1st thing i did was put in NHL 2001 for PS2 and the game works. But i hate how u have to keeping pressing the PSbutton whne u start a PS/PS2 game and also when u got back to the XMB. The game rumbles, but not like the PS2 version

2. The next thing i did i tried the remote play feature because i heard u can play PS1 games on PSP. so i pop in Crash Bandicoot 3 and it works but how come it doesnt fit the whole screen?

3. And now the big one, i pop in MGS 4. That 8 min installation stuff is awful. When the game begin, it started with an interview with david Hayter but i accidently press a button than it switch to another video footage. pressed the button and again, another odd video footage, can someone please explain that to me? after that was over and a cutscene, i was finally in gameplay mode. Ofourse i noticed the graphics and it look impressive and remember,i'm on SDTV. I ended my 1st MGS4 session at the point in which snack finds the oil drum. I hate the LS/R2 buttons not to mention

Other Things i did i need explaining

How come the PS3 doesnt copy the music just as it is from the source. when the PS3 copied my music, it had the tracks all over the place. Its the same with videos.

PSP107

The reason games need to install is because the blu-ray drive has a slow read time. It does this to decrease loading times.

Uh, in order to get info about a cd, you have to tell the ps3 to look up the info online, just as a regular computer does, except a pc usually does this automatically if it's connected to the internet. Just press triangle, and there should be an option somewhere before you rip the cd. The new L2 R2 buttons are made like trigger buttons for better functionality. It all depends on what you like.

I personally won't buy it unless it comes out on bluray. It my opinion, it's just not practical. I'd feel a better sense of value and ownership if I had a solid object I could hold in my hand and say, I bought this.

Instead, I'd feel a bit uneasy about having digital content like that. I don't know what the policy is, but what happens if your hard drive goes out? Are you able to download it again if you need to?

I think it's a good deal, and I wouldn't mind having the 80 gig standalone, but I don't want the 40 gig. I want BC since I don't have a PS2 anymore. Also, the extra usb ports, and card reader slots.

I'm just worried, because I won't buy a ps3 if I have to go with a 40 gig lol.

Because pretty much all stores are sold out now, are they getting more? I'm kind of worried, because I'm buying on the 20th, and I'm going to be really dissappointed if there aren't going to be anymore 80 gigs..

Does anyone know if the bundle is limited? Or was sony just short on stock?

[QUOTE="RealGamester11"]i have no choice but to suggest a different tv. 1080p is too big of a resolution on a 32 in tv and is not really good. 720p is better for 32in, top of the line 32's are 720p and most games are better run on 720p..i'd rethink it.CJL182

Yeah, 1080p isn't really worth it with a screen that size. 720p and 1080i are just fine for 32". I suggest eventually getting a surround sound system if you ever consider it. It's not necessary, but it adds a lot to the experience and can help a lot in online play. I've heard a bunch of people try to sneak up on me in CoD4, only to be surprised by me waiting for them after I heard their footsteps lol.

Agreed. Lol. It's a waste if you don't have anything bigger than 46 inches? Somewhere along those numbers you can see the difference. But yeah, 1080p is meant for a bigger screen. 720p is better for that size. You'll probably save yourself money by not going for the 1080p. But to each his own.

I plan on getting myself a ps3 soon, and still haven't decided on a tv yet.

Btw, Opeth is a good band.

If you did not preorder the MGS4 bundle then it will be hard to find.nVidiaGaMer

Isn't that the gunmetal gray ps3/mgs4 bundle that's limited?

To my understanding, the regular 80 gig is here to stay..

Actually, I was trying to connect within the same distance my laptop is in.

However, I somehow fixed the problem.

I changed the modem's power settings (my guess is that the signal strength is adjustable?) I also reset the modem. So I don't know which one or maybe both fixed the problem.

But now I can connect!

I have a toshiba satellite that I've had since sept of 07.. I upgraded to 2gb of ram.

It's not a super duper gaming machine, but it gets me by with games like ffxi, tomb raider legend, the sims 2.

However, the screen isn't as bright as I'd like it to be. Other than that, no problems with mine. I've dropped mine twice, and nothing has broken. It's a pretty sturdy computer.
