Don’t know about you but I sometimes find it hard to concentrate. I have a habit of playing my favorite browser games at mantigames on the morning to start the day. Though it’s the very first time of the day, I can’t focus on gaming as I used to. That’s when I start finding some good brain foods. They help with my gaming sessions and help my brain stay young too. Below is my list. If you have any other suggestions, please share with me. Thanks and all my love <3
Dark chocolate
As there are antioxidants and caffeine in cocoa, it can boost my brain. Also, chocolate helps improve my mood and make me feel more positive.
I have many recipes with chocolate. I especially like moisturized cupcake and freezing ice cream. But for the best, I recommend dark chocolate with over 70% cocoa. You know, unlike cocoa, sugar can do harm to your memories.
Coffee
Coffee contains caffeine and antioxidants. They’re good for waking my brain up. But it’s important for you to drink the proper amount of coffee instead of taking it whenever you want. Doing so can help with your concentration and effective work performance. Note that before you start to drink coffee, you should check if you have any problem with caffeine. It’s impossible for some people suffering IBS to intake caffeine as it can worsen the symptoms.
Fish
I’m a big fan of fish. And great to know that it’s very healthy, especially for brain. You should add it to your diet. If caffeine directly has something to do with your mind. Omega-3 brings long-term benefits. It helps the brain generate more cells, enhance your memories as well as learning skills. There is a large amount of Omega-3 in fatty fish (salmon, sardines, trout, etc.)
Fruits
Fruits are undeniably beneficial. They provide essential vitamins, healthy sugar, and water. Those with a huge source of vitamin C is very good for brain. They also help make your skin glowing and more hydrated <3. Your immune system is also improved thanks to it. Some fruits of my choice are orange, kiwi, and strawberries.
