I'm sure the connect will have some cool games that make good use of it. Point is people want options, maybe a bundle with the connect and one without which affects the cost and make it more consumer friendly to buyers that don't want one. Instead Instead MS is going to make people buy the damn thing but not make it a requirement to use it which is bs. This where the line gets drawn between buying a ps4 over an X1. Cost
@rgsniper1 Yeah kids like that kind of thing, which is why the Wii was such a success, not meaning that it only appealed to kids but is main targets was a younger audience. The kinect is not what everyone wants and adding $100 dollars to something that you must buy but dont have to use is really a bad move on MS part in my opinion.
@NoAngle Na thats just you trying to stir the pot. New is news and if its there people are obviously going to read it. Its not really that fascinating.
@scottyp360 Well you could possibly do that but then your still losing money on it. Since the Kinect is packaged in everybox GS might not even accept them for trade.
@mezati4 I agree - PS4 from a consumer stand point seems like a better value. Its going to all come down to the games which neither in my opinion have the greatest line up but not bad either. Only time will tell.
Ugh! If they would just drop the stupid Kinect I would consider purchasing X1. I'm sure the extra $100 price is a good value but still it would nice to have a bundle option without the Kinect. I unfortunately wasted money on a Kinect for my 360 and its garbage and collects dust.
