Yusuke vs Goku

They're two of the main heroes in their respective sagas and the frontmen most people will recognize. Goku is quite simply the most powerful guy around, good natured and truly believes in people and what they represent; everything you need in a good hero. Yusuke Urameshi on the other hand is almost the exact opposite in terms of heroic qualities. He's a bad student, talks a lot of trash and is generally known as one tough SOB, if there can be such a thing in animated universes. Yusuke is definitely a work in progress as he assumes the role of Spirit Detective but his potential power is unmistakable. His spirit powers are devastating including his main blast that leaves him completely drained each time he uses it. Goku on the other hand can drop his spirit bomb attack for awesome effect as well in addition to his more common kamehameha attack. Anything named after a Hawaiian king has to be serious. In our character comparison the edge goes to Goku for his overall maturity and body of work. He can take is place right along side proven leading men like Captain Kirk, Optimus Prime and Alonzo Harris.
