About My Midnight Showing For "The Hunger Games" on Thursday Night: Well, sorry that I didn't make this blog yesterday. I was busy with some things that I needed to get taken care of. The midnight showing on Thursday night was very fun and it was really nice going with my mom, my brother, my aunt, my uncle, and my cousins to the midnight showing. Now it wasn't as crazy as the midnight showings for "Harry Potter" but it was still crazy and fun. My theatre was very packed though. My family and I left at around 8:30pm so we can go get good seats which we did. We sat in the middle row with the rails... just how I like it. My family and I went to the 12:03am midnight showing. All of the 14 theatres were taken up which meant that they had the 12:00am, 12:01am, 12:02am, 12:03am (that's the time my family and I got), 12:04am, 12:05am, 12:06am, 12:07am, 12:08am, 12:09am, 12:10am, 12:11am, 12:12am, 12:13am, AND 12:14am. I know, crazy right?. It was a lot of fun though and I had a very good time even though I had to go to school the next day but I was surprisingly not tired at all on the next day since I expected myself to be like crazy tired.
Also, these are the movie trailers that they showed before the movie "The Hunger Games" so I thought I share them with you. :)
These Trailers are IN ORDER by the way :) Also, they showed the "Titanic" trailer which was the LAST trailer they showed before the movie started but I really don't find it necessary share the trailer "Titanic" since it's not new and most of us, if not all, have seen the movie
CLICK on each, or some, of the movie trailers plus tell me what you think about them in the comments if you want to. :) It's all up to you though :) I'm only showing the trailers that they showed before my movie started at the midnight showing :)

By the way, after they showed the title in the trailer. There is a scene afterwards where Vampire Bella is looking at the deer. Just thought I let the Twilight-lovers know that

8. Titanic-the FINAL trailer before the movie started. I WISHED that they would've played the "Men In Black III" Trailer 2 instead of "Titanic".... that would have been an awesome trailer to play as the last one. :)
Now, I will continue on with my reviews. :) You already I saw "The Hunger Games" at the midnight showing AND I just saw "21 Jump Street" today. :)
The Hunger Games-I went to the midnight showing for this movie which you already know. I have read this book in my English class and it was actually a very well written action-packed book so I was excited about this movie will turn out. I watched it and this movie was good. I mean, it wasn't as good as the book and I am a little disappointed in this movie because they could've done a little better at least in my opinion and added more action scenes in the movie. Now if you are coming to this movie thinking that it is ACTION-PACKED then you are wrong... this movie is NOT action-packed but there were some very intense and mind-gripping action scenes in this movie that just blew me away and the killings were bloody for a PG-13 rating. This movie is slow in a few parts but I still liked it. A little note to the girls, Liam Hemsworth as the character Gale in this movie is rarely shown in the movie. The movie focuses between the beautiful Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen) and Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mallark). Now if you don't like the book then you're obviously gonna hate the movie. If you've read the book then you will either like it, find the movie to be okay, or possible horrible. I like the movie. I thought the actors and actresses in this movie were perfectly casted and it was very well done. So while this movie could've done just a little better, I still liked and appreciated this movie. Hopefully, they make the second movie "Catching Fire" better and actually add more stuff in. "The Hunger Games" is a good movie in my opinion.
The Hunger Games
21 Jump Street-I just saw this movie today and I thought it was absolutely hilarious. I loved this movie and it's easily the most hilarious film that I've ever seen in a while. I couldn't stop laughing all the way through the movie. Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum made a perfect comedy duo. For this being Channing Tatum's first time in a comedic role, he did an excellent job. Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum play the two immature and dim-witted cops who go undercover as high school students were hilarious together.
*SPOILER ALERT* (Skip this part of my review if you haven't seen the movie or just want to read on)
This movie is based off the TV series "21 Jump Street" which started out Johnny Depp's career. Well, as you watch this movie, you will notice a few originals from the TV series that make a cameo appearance in this movie. Yes, of course, Johnny Depp makes a cameo appearance in this movie and he was just so freakin' hilarious. I don't know if that was much of a spoiler alert or not but I just though just in case.
*END OF SPOILER ALERT*
Continuing on with my NON-SPOILER alert review. So yeah, they did a perfect job with the casting in this movie. Ice Cube as the angry and foul-mouthed character Captain Dickson was hilarious in this movie and I literally couldn't stop laughing. I just want to give a warning that this film is Rated R for bunch of cuss words throughout such many uses of the word f*** or mother f***** plus other cuss words. There is also a bunch of *junk* (you know what I'm describing) and sex jokes throughout the whole movie plus there is quick brief scene at the party where three teenagers are naked and hump each other in the back BUT there wasn't a frontal or back nudity, just the SIDE nudity. So yeah, I can't quite say this movie is appropriate for kids to watch but yeah I laughed very hard throughout this whole movie. The humor was excellent, the storyline was well done, plus there were some very awesome action scenes in this movie. The action scene near the end of the movie is a little bit bloody though. I haven't laughed that hard at a comedy movie probably since "Dinner for Schmucks". So if you're 17 years old (like me) and you need to get a very good laugh at a comedy movie especially if you're into dirty humor then "21 Jump Street is the movie for you...... if you enjoyed the "21 Jump Street" TV series then you probably will NOT like this movie unless you don't mind it being a comedy.
21 Jump Street
Well, those are my two movie reviews for both "The Hunger Games" and "21 Jump Street" and I hope that you found them helpful. :) That's all for my blog today everyone!!!!!
