Yea, uhm plugging a cap card into a 360 would not give me any software to record it with, and if your talking about connecting the AV RCA's directly to the cap card then how would I view what I'm playing?

Yes I just recently bought a Dazzle Platinum DC 170 off of ebay, and recieved it 2 days ago, and still having problems.

So the main problem is none of my TVs having an output for AV-RCA cables, so I'm trying to run it off of a VCR by connecting the dazzle to the VCR output, the xbox to the VCR input, the VCR to the TV. Sounds Logical but still will not work, I open the software I'm using to record (some random studio 10 by pinnacle) and it will not give me an error saying like "Blah blah please check cables" or w/e, it records, but it records NOTHING.

So, I'm guessing I'll have to probably get a new TV, but maybe there is a way to seduce this VCR into working with my capture card with AV Splitters or a Female adapter?

Thanks guys.
