@G4mBi7: Are u serious, not even the "new consoles" can run everything at 60 fps 1080p and switch will by no means be more powerful than those. You should know this by now, so really you are just setting yourself up for disappointment.

But again u have made up ur mind, no problem dude. Also im not promoting or defending anything. Im merely saying that you are not even giving the game a chance and talking crap about it, again, with no real knowledge of the game, and by that i mean the game, not what other people have said, or the limited trailers and shit shown before.
But again, enjoy playing the other stuff u do enjoy, and maybe some day you will get back into the final fantasy series, although by looking at it u might not, since u wont even give them a chance. All good dude.
@Abberon: And u know this how? u havent played the game u have no basis for this dude, ur just trying too hard to hate on the game, i guess there's no point in really trying to make any more points about this since u have made your mind and decided to not give them another chance, and thats fine, dont play the game, your choice, all i can say as a person who's actually played the game and can somewhat formulate informed opinions based on actual gameplay and seeing the story is that its a fun game, the story so far has caught my attention and im excited to see where its heading. Thats all.
@Abberon: But again you are making assumptions based on a character's look, so what if they made them look and act cool, maybe this was done on purpose by the developers to make the transition of that character during the story that more meaningful, he changes from some kid who thinks hes cool and selfish to someone completely different. There is no way for you to know where this character's persona goes to or transforms into later on in the game, he might have this look at the begining but u have no idea if he changes during the story progression. Everything shown of the game as all been early game up to around maybe chapter 3-4 or something like that out of 10+.
It just blows my mind that people base their entire decisions on initial impressions or trailers, there so much more to the story. SPOILER DONT READ the very first thing u see when u start the game is a scene where noctis and the others are grown up, well noctis at least since hes the one that looks like a kid in the game and prompto. So it clearly lets you know at the beginning of the game that we are gonna be looking at a character progressing through some years in this story, there's a lot of room there for change.
So not giving the game a chance just because of the little bit of info that has been shown of is just wrong and dumb, im sorry.
@karlyfarly82: While i understand what you're saying, u need to realize that not every country in the world has the same internet speeds, some countries just have shit internet and they can't do anything about it. Furthermore, one of the main points of why the game was delayed for 2 months was specifically because the developer did not want to make people have to download a game patch on release, for the reasons i mentioned earlier, they wanted players to be able to put the game in and get right to it, so now that only adds fuel to the fire and it's also understandable why. Now those people with the shit internet are gonna have to wait upwards to a day to be able to actually play the game after its release which sucks.
I totally agree with the facts that patches are a great thing to be able to have since it allows developers to further improve the game during its lifetime, I have nothing against that. But like I said many countries just have really bad internet service, and the people that live there cant do nothing about it, so at least try and put yourself on their shoes and don't just go assuming that only cause its 2016 people should not be complaining about that stuff (day 1 patches and the such) because to a lot of people it actually is an issue.
@Abberon: Well you are saying all this with no basis, if u havent played the game then u dont know how these characters will develop. U say so in ur second paragraph, "As the story progressed, he opened up a ton and by the end the emo-persona was gone". So how about we all play the game, get into the story and see how these characters mature or not, and then make up our minds and come up with opinions based on facts and not opinions based on a couple of cutscenes we have been watching for the last however many years.
@Mirimon78: if u explore a planet for 10 mins u have found everything it has to offer, planets dont have dif biomes within them so literally once u check it out for 10 mins ur done exploring it, say there are 5 planets on that system,. ok maybe an hour or 2 to explore, build a base on ur favorite planet and then what uhm cool i built a base next solar system lol
