Yes ,you can play GTA Online and "many " other games online without paying for any annual subscription .

The only game i have ever replayed is GTA San Andreas .Once on Ps2 then on Pc and Just got done with it on Ps4.Never found a game as good as that one.

The games you want to play are the same on both platforms so you could go for either ,personally I like Ps4 better ,reason:better exclusives.

I'm from India as well ,it's simple ,you don't ask them for money for games ,just save it on your own like I do .

None,i never found a game that actually scared me.

$40 IMO is a reasonable price ,they will never come down to $20 ,
