Hard to recommend horror films, since, like comedies, they can be very subjective. What's scary to one person may bore another. Most of the new films haven't really impressed me. Thought both Sinister and The Conjuring were awful. But that's my opinion. I did like The Woman in Black, Mama, and The Innkeepers. Some of my favorites: The Descent, the original Evil Dead (the remake is decent, but doesn't match Raimi's film), The Shining, The Others, The Exorcist, Hellraiser, Halloween (both Carpenter's and Rob Zombie's versions were good), The Orphanage, Let the Right One In (the American version Let Me In is also good), Carpenter's The Thing, Alien, Jaws, Silence of the Lambs, and The Ring.

Mostly due to finances, but just not enough games have my interest to make the jump yet. Probably will wait until 2015. The PS4 should have a nice selection of games to choose from by then.

Why when I rate a game does it show up as I wrote a review on my wall? I couldn't quite figure out why reviews written by the staff were being attributed to me on my wall until I recently rated LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. Instead of showing up as a post that I rated the game, as it did prior to this relaunch, it shows up as a post that I wrote a review on the game.

Would be nice if the ability to reply to posts in our feed would return. The site really feels as if it's missing something without it.

@drekula2: It may end up that way. GTA V was certainly an improvement over GTA IV, and has built on everything Rockstar has done up until this point. Still, it has its flaws, making it fall short of being a masterpiece as many have called it, at least in my opinion. You pointed out some of its flaws in your post, and they were all good points. It is a great game, certainly one worth playing, but due to its popularity and all of the hype I can understand why some fans have blinders on to the game's faults. GTA V still hasn't taken that next revolutionary step forward, like GTA III did for the series. Maybe GTA VI will do that on the next gen consoles. I would like to see more interiors (especially if you can buy a business, you should be able to go inside) and more choice for missions (it was a good point- hire the person with the better ability but give up more of the loot, or keep more of the take and hire someone with inferior abilities did seem to be your only choices. A greater range would've made this more interesting.). Wouldn't mind if they borrowed a bit from Quantic Dream and had no "Game Over" or "Mission Failed" screens. Rather than that, if something goes wrong, keep the story going, or give an option for players to retry if they wished or just proceed. That would make things a bit more interesting. I know I would've liked the choice as to whether to save Michael's family or not- I really couldn't stand them. But it would make for a neat dynamic if one of the crew would fall, and watch the story unfold as the others deal with that. Just a thought.
