I got 6 weeks free at blockbuster.co.uk so I have been watching a load of films lately which made me ask myself a question. What are my favourite films? Well I thought long and hard about it and I have finally compiled a list of my favourite ten films.

10. The Matrix: Mindblowing action epic. Reloaded highly recommended but miss Revolutions unless you want to see the ending.

9.Goldeneye: Without a doubt the greatest bond film ever made. Brosnan was perfect and was the main reason why this film worked.

8.Casablanca: Im not just putting this in to look like a buff, I really did enjoy watching this beautiful film. Humphrey Bogart is a legend.

7. Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels: The quintessential British film. Funny, exciting, imaginative, this stands up to the best of Scorcese's work. Shame his other films are rubbish.

6.Scarface: Mostly overlooked by critics but loved by a majority of average film-lovers who have seen this film. The ultimate rags -to-riches story with a purpose.

5.Goodfellas: One of the most entertaining two hours ive ever had watching this film. Actually made me scared of a 5 foot 50 year old guy (Joe Pesci) thats how effective this film is.

4.The Godfather: Only above Goodfellas because of its superior acting.Other than that it doesnt have much so good job it packs the greatest acting ive ever seen into the film.

3.Pulp Fiction:You just have to love the dialogue in this film, its so damn funny, in a dark kind of way. Just a really intelligent, amazing film.

2. Lord of the Rings: The Return Of The King: Simply made to perfection. A three hour journey into the most incredible world this generation has ever seen.

1. Die Hard: Just the best film ever created. In my eyes it is perfect in every way. As is usual for peoples favourite films, I hated the two sequels. Lets just hope that Die Hard 4.0 is any good.

Honourable Mentions: Dodgeball, Ali G Indahouse, Dirty Harry, Matrix Reloaded, The Godfather Part 2, Casino Royale, Matrix Reloaded, Star Wars episode 4 and 5, Glengarry Glenross, Mission Impossible and The Shawshank Redemption among others

yes it was my birthday yesterday and now im 14. I got a xbox 360, yoshis island DS, clothes and money so its all good baby. I have never played the original yoshis island so I wanted to get it on the ds after it got a 9.1. It is defitnitely strange and disturbingly colourful, but it is still enjoyable. for the xbox I got Fifa 07, Call of Duty 2, Perfect Dark Zero, Saints Row and Gears of War. Fifa is basically featureless compared to the Ps2 and Xbox versions but it has a much improved gameplay system now. Call of Duty 2 is, simply put, the best WW2 game I have ever played. I had already played the multiplayer to death at my mates house and the single player is also outstanding. Perfect Dark Zero is not as good as i thought it would be but it is still amazing online and has outstanding graphics. I have hardly played Saints Row but what I have played I can tell it will be the next GTA. Last but absolutely definitely not least, Gears of War. That game is IMMENSE. I have wary of this game ever since they announced it. Everyone was singing its praises but for some reason, i wasnt impressed. Even when Jeff gave it a 9.6 I was still slightly on the fence about it. But when I played it, Holy Jesus, I truly realised why the critics were happy. It is simply one of the best games of all time. Expect reviews soon.

Finally im at level 15. I would say that that is quite a achievement. Ive always wanted to have this title with I need Sleep! but I still have a loooooooong way to go before I get that. Anyways keep it sleazy, i mean take it easy!

Finally I got a DS from London yesterday and i got Sonic Rush which is in fact surprisingly good. Cant wait to get Star Fox DS it looks beast

All these games have made me want **** my pants and they all definitely deserve this award but only 1 can win it. Remember I am not putting them in order of quality, im putting them in order of scariness

10.Alone in The Dark 3 8.1 Believe me, back in the day this was scary

9.Dino Crisis 8.2 While not a horror game per se, this still has a lot of jumps in it

8.Resident Evil 3 8.4 Although not as scary as Resi 1 and 2, this does live up to standards

7.Resident Evil 4 9.5 Even when it is more action orientated, this is still a scary game

6.Doom 3 8.8 Not only is it hard this is a s*** scary game

5.Resdent Evil 8.5 The Grand-Daddy of survival horror games

4.Resident Evil 2 9.1 The best survival horror game ever

3.Silent Hill 4 8.3 I dont know how they do it but believe me, Silent Hill is very,very scary

2.Eternal Darkness:SR 9.0 I have my doubts about whether this game should be allowed to be bought, its that scary.

1.Silent Hill 8.6 This is the scariest game I have ever played

PS2 was probably the easiest console to rate, because of its lack of good games but heres the 10 best:

10.007 Nightfire 8.7 No2 James Bond game and a terrific effort all around

9. Mercenaries 8.8 They tried something different and....... it worked!

8. GTA Vice City 8.9 GTA3 with a tan and some bad attitude

7. Max Payne 9.0 This is THE definitive third person shooter

6. Timesplitters 2 9.2 The best multiplayer money can buy

5. Metal Gear Solid 3 9.4 This is the best stealth game of all time

4. Soul Calibur 2 9.4 Namco, I love you

3. Resident Evil 4 9.5 They took a massive bet and it paid off superbly

2. GTA San Andreas 9.6 It just proves that GTA STILL rules.

1. GTA3 10 This is probably going to be the best game that Sony will EVER own

Now heres my favourite PS1 games of all time.

10.Driver 2 8.6 A step down from Driver 1, but a great game nevertheless

9.Smackdown 2 8.8 Probaly the best Smackdown to date, annd theres been 7!

8.GTA London 8.9 This is just plain fun

7.Gran Turismo 9.0 A very, very good driving game

6.Ape Escape 9.0 This is innovativity at its finest

5.Rayman 9.1 My first ever game, aah the memories.....

4.Crash Bandicoot 2 9.2 The finest Crash and probaly the finest platformer ever on the PS1

3.Driver 9.3 If you have never drove a car before, dont, get this instead.

2.Tekken 3 9.6 The best fighting game of all time

1. Metal Gear Solid 9.9 This is not a game, this is an experience

10.Jet Force Gemini 8.8 sometimes annoying but most of the time breathtaking

9.Lylat Wars 8.9 Short, but absolutely amazing

8.Super Smash Brothers 9.0 Great action packed family fun

7. Turok 2 9.1 dinosaur killing carnage

6.Resident Evil 2 9.1 Even better than the amazing PS1 version

5.ISS 98 9.3 Simply the greastest football game of all time

4.Super Mario 64 9.3 A magical platformer in the purest of forms

3.Banjo Kazooie 9.4 Dont kid yourself, you have to get this game.

I went up in the loft to find my old tennis racket and guess what I found after 14 years of losing it? Super Mario World for SNES that's what! I got my SNES out and even after all these years it's still one of my favourite games. I just love love trying to find the secret exit on basically every other level.

I finally got Half-life 2! It has been sold out in every shop ive went into but the EA shop reserved me a special one. Good riddance after 5 months after release! It is brill but it doesnt leave a mark on Halo 2.
