Danny, thanks for these videos. I don't feel like there's enough opinion articles/videos on gaming sites. The tendency is that if you voice your honest views then you often get attacked for such. I really want to start blogging in earnest, but this puts me off. I've always been an avid Gamespot visitor and have been blogging on IGN quite avidly but don't ever really know if I'm just wasting my time. I've recently started work as a doctor and I spend most of my free time gaming and thinking of opinion pieces to put out there. I've got an email interview with an Xbox engineer which I'm waiting to post and I feel like it's a worthwhile addition, but I honestly don't know if anyone reads this stuff. My ideal job is in the games industry, probably in some commentary capacity rather than design (as I have no talent whatsoever!) and I just wondered whether you would recommend keeping the faith or not. Pretty long reply to your video and don't know if you read these but I think the Gamespot UK team especially have got it right in terms of personality and putting sensible points across. If not, I will just quietly continue to be drunk and Welsh playing the Stanley Parable and telling my friends how interesting it is. Thanks for your incredible output and the hours of enjoyment you bring me and many others who visit Gamespot
P.S. Cam's series is also amazing and so different to what's out there at the moment
so if the enemies don't scale up, we'll end up with a Dark/Demon Souls type experience where you can start where you like but really there'll be a recommended order for you to complete these areas, otherwise it's almost impossible.
I don't mind at all, but I think the finished product will be more linear than we think it will be. Excited for TW3, TW2 is one of my favourites of all time.
I literally cannot believe how many gaffs Microsoft can pack into their press for the Xbox One. You couldn't imagine a more annoying thing to tell gamers
This game could have ended up being terrible, I'm so glad it got a good score. I'm just wondering, while it's obviously hack and slash, in some of the previews it hinted that there would be stealth elements. Is there any stealth in the final game? I mean that's not really what you play this for, but I'm just curious.
