Too many people here with strong, yet uninformed opinions. As a few sensible people here have pointed out, this isn't pay to win since the money your character has in GTA:O does NOT affect competitive gameplay. People will have nicer houses and cars than you in free roam, but in deathmatch/races/etc. they will be restricted by the same parameters as everyone else since the host can choose the weapons and cars available. This only affects things such clothes and safe houses, NOT the strength and offensive equipment of your character in competitive game modes.
If people want to be lazy and buy cash rather than play the game for it, then let them. I don't see at all how this affects those who don't want to pour money in to the game. If you don't want to spend real cash, just let those who do spend their money and keep GTA:O an attractive, profitable product which R* will continue to improve and update. You can reap the long term benefits of their laziness!
One last time: THIS IS NOT PAY TO WIN. More like pay to look prettier.
Any one else think that Ocelot sounds a lot like Will Arnett? Probably a huge leap but it definitely sounds like him in parts and I'll be keeping all my fingers crossed :P
Game looks absolutely amazing though. For me the next generation is about games, not consoles, and MGS5 easily looks like the biggest leap forward in terms of graphics, scope and gameplay. Everything else Microsoft showed today paled in comparison to MGS. Hopefully Sony will pull out some more games that look as 'next gen' as MGS5.
