yeah are there any cheap ones like everywhere they are 54.99 are their any cheap quality ones that are specialy made and work on ps3 around? cause i saw one on gamestop.com that only cost like 15 but its in america

okay so like i turn my ps3 slim on and its all good and quite and at random times it would make weird tick voices. This also happens even when the ps3 is shut off and no wire is even plugged in how is this possible i just randomly here like TICK voices something like a snap or somethin like that does anyone else have this or like why is it makein the weird voice?
