I was actually going to ask the same question! I remember spending countless hours playing MW3/4. It's been forever since a new game has come along. It seems like a lot of the variation in gaming has disappeared. Another great series that disappeared that I would love to see again is X-Com. Let's hope Living Legends is good.

It is interesting to hear these responses. It seems like the names that keep popping up are the oldies and goodies. I guess things are just more dispersed these days. I remember the days when you would log onto Rise of Nations and there would be thousands of people playing at a time. I reinstalled AoE3 and there are a few thousand people playing. Unfortunately, the match making is painful at best.
I guess it is time to reinstall WarCraft 3!
I'm a long time RTS player who took a few years off and decided to get back into it a bit again lately. I remember the days of playing Empire Earth, AoE 2, and C&C based games and having a very easy time finding games. I recently reinstalled AoE3 and it is nearly impossible to get a good game going. What are people really playing these days? I looked around the forums on multiple sites and it almost seems like the RTS world has completely fragmented. Just curious what everyone is thinking.
