it took 26 days the first time mine broke for themto get it back to me. 3 days later a new console does the same thing, the ring of death. i called xbox and the guy set up another console repair, but the thing that irritated me was he told me to write a note and put it in the box explaining what happened and they will take "speical care of it". shouldnt they have done that in the first place so i didnt have to send it in twice for almost a month?

my cat ate through the wire to the sensor that goeson top of the tv. i reconnected the wires 3 or 4 times trying to get the remote to locate the sensor. it makes no sense to me, is there something i need to reset on the console or a very precise way of connecting the wires, because everything is connected but the hand never shoes up on the tv. thanks for any help.
