Two Year Anniversary!

Exactly two years ago on March 11, 2007, I became a member of TV.com. I can't believe I've stayed here for two years but I've enjoyed every minute of it. I'm a big fan of TV so of course I would love this site. I've accomplished so much in my time here and I plan to accomplish many more things. I'm now on Level 55 which is amazing. I'm editor of 115 show guides and I'm still not done yet. TV.COM GOALS FOR THE NEXT YEAR Get to Level 60. Become editor to 140 shows. Become editor to 10 people. Have 3000 forum posts. I'm so excited to be celebrating two years on this great site. Although there has been many changes to the site and it looks a lot different, I think I'll be around for a while.

Licensed to Kill

Guess who's gonna be driving on the road...legally? I just got my Driver's License today and I'm extremely excited about that. I was nervous at first but the test was very easy. The 3-point turn was the most challenging thing. I missed school today as well although I had time to go, so that was another good thing. I'm gonna have to take my Spanish test and History test tomorrow though. And I have to present a science project. So I'm thinking maybe I should've went LOL. Here on TV.com, I'm at Level 52 100% which is annoying because I thought I was gonna be Level 53 today. Tomorrow for sure I'll be L53. I can't wait to see what my new emblem will look like. Also, I was playing in a Survivor forum game and I got voted out today which sucks. Well, there were many things happening today, bad and good but I'm ready for tomorrow already. Oh and the title just sounds cool, I don't plan on killing anyone...maybe LOL. Jay :)

100 Show Editorships!

Today is a very historic day, to me at least. I finally gained editorship to 100 shows. After two years of hard work and dedication to this site this is truly an awesome milestone. Lucky #100 is the show on BET called 106 & Park Presents: Generation Gospel or 106 & Gospel as its also called. I can't believe it and I'm extremely excited! In other news, I bought the first season of CSI yesterday. I wanna see what all the hype was surrounding this show and the only way to begin is from the beginning. The first episode was pretty good, thats all I've watched so far. Also yesterday I missed all the shows that I usually watch on Mondays because I was out and about. I missed The Secret Life of the American Teenager and True Beauty. I'll have to catch them online. Tonight I'll be watching American Idol and thats about it. Woohoo! I'm still ecstatic about reaching 100! Jay :)

Long Time No Blog

Its been an eternity since my last blog and I can't believe its been so long. But I'm back and I'll try to blog at least once a week. Today, I gained a new editorship, "The Locator", which makes 94 for me. I'm still aiming to get 100 show guides. I also really want to get off Level 52, its not my favorite. But it seems like I'll never get to Level 53, why is it so hard to level up? Tonight on TV, I'll be watching American Idol, yep thats all. I know there are other great shows coming on tonight but I can't watch a show's episodes out of order. If I miss an episode one week, I won't watch another ep until I've seen the one I missed, weird huh? You really don't have to follow AI too closely, thats why I can watch it and miss it anytime I want. Tuesday shows I have to catch up on are 90210, Fringe and Baldwin Hills. I've been watching Buffy lately. I bought the Season 1 DVD in December and loved it so much I went and bought Season 2 the next month. I can't believe I haven't watched the show until now, its brilliant. Buffy and Angel make great TV. I just finished the episode called "Passion" where was a shocking death at the hands of Angel. I love it when he and Buffy fight but hopefully they get back together at one point (if he gets his soul back). I've been rambling on and on about pretty much nothing but I couldn't stop typing, just like now. I'm just so happy to be back on this wonderful site. Oh but there were quite a few changes made that I don't approve of. 1) I miss the old blue logo. 2) When rating episodes or shows, its rounded like 10, 9.5,9.0, 8.5, which is annoying. 3) There were many great additions as well, so I still love the site. :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):) I won't do a blog like this again, now I'm exhausted lol. Have a nice day everyone.

I Broke TV.com

Ladies and Gentleman its true, I Broke TV.com, please don't hate me 8)LOL. I've reached Level 51 and I'm so excited. This has to be my favorite emblem yet. I may intentionally stay on this level for a while because I love it so much. In other tv.com news, I now have 91 editorships. I just gained Deserving Design, A Pup Named Scooby Doo, and a favorite of mine Wizards of Waverly Place. I have only 9 more to go before I reach my goal of 100. I'm confident that I can do it before the year is over with. There is a bit of bad news that has happened in my life. My mom was fired from her job, she was the manager at CVS Pharmacy. She's taking it pretty well but I know she's torn up over it. But she has a lot of vacation ours left over and she can collect unemployment so we'll be set until she finds another job. Now for a little good news...I just found out that the cable company we're with is adding Disney Channel to the lineup. Come August 15, I won't have to watch episodes of their shows online and I can enjoy the channel first hand. I'm really excited about this.

My Complete TV on DVD Collection

Hey everyone hows it going? Yesterday I gained the editorship for the show "I Love New YorK" and I was pretty excited about that. I'm currently working on about 10 more show editorships but the mods have been kinda slow lately, so its taking longer to get the shows than I'd like. My reason for writing this blog is to showcase my extensive TV DVD collection :) I spend way too much money on these things but here they go: Adventures of Pete & Pete = Seasons 1 & 2 Animaniacs = Volume 1 Are You Afraid of the Dark? = Seasons 1 & 2 Avatar: The Last Airbender = Seasons 1 & 2 Beavis & Butthead = Volume 3 (I'm so backwards) Ben 10 = Seasons 1, 2 & 3 Beverly Hills, 90210 = Season 1 Bleach = Season 1 Clarissa Explains It All = Season 1 Dexter = Season 1 Diff'rent Strokes = Season 1 Dragonball Z = Season 1 Everybody Hates Chris = Season 1 Flavor of Love = Seasons 1, 2 & 3 Flight 29 Down = Volume 1 Friday Night Lights = Season 1 Friends - Season 1 & 10 (I really need season 2-9) Good Times = Season 2 Grey's Anatomy = Season 1 House = Season 1, 2 & 3 I Love New York = Season 1 Invader ZIM = Complete Series The Jeffersons = Season 1 Living Single = Season 1 Lost = Seasons 1, 2 & 3 Martin = Seasons 1, 2, 3 & 4 Melrose Place = Season 1 The Naked Brothers Band = Season 1 One Tree Hill = Seasons 1, 2, 3 & 4 The Powerpuff Girls = Season 1 Punk'd = Season 1 The Ren & Stimpy Show = Seasons 1 & 2 Rock of Love = Season 1 Sanford & Son = Season 1 Saved by the Bell = Seasons 1 & 2 The Secret World of Alex Mack = Season 1 The Simpsons Seasons 1, 2 & 3 Smallville = Season 1 Soul Food = Seasons 1 & 2 Stargate SG-1 = Seasons 1 & 2 Supernatural = Season 1 Tales from the Crypt = Season 1 Teen Titans = Season 1 What's Happening!! = Season 1 What's New Scooby Doo? = Season 1 Zoey 101 = Season 1 227 = Season 1 Tyler Perry's House of Payne = Volumes 1 & 2 Whew! Does anyone else collect these? I think I need to go to rehab for this :)

Goals for 2008

Hey there everyone! I've been a member on the site for over a year and I love being here. I've met a lot of great people along the way. I'm currently on Level 50, I'm editor to 87 shows and 3 people. I'm Trusted Contributor for 4 shows and 1 person. I'm proud of my achievements on the site but there is so much more I want to do. So I present to you, my goals for the remainder of this year (2008): Goal #1: Become editor to at least 100 TV shows. I'm currently at 87. I love adding information to complete a guide, it gives me a warm feeling inside, lol. Goal #2: Reach Level 53. Once I hit 50 it seems its a lot harder to level up. I'm really looking forward to 51, though. Goal #3: Have more than 2,500 forum posts. I really want to become active in the forums again because recently I haven't been. Goal #4: Make more friends and keep in touch with current friends. I have a hard time keeping friends because I can become distant at times. Not on purpose but thats just how I am. Thanks for taking time out of your day to read this, it means a lot. OTHER THINGS There is a site that I've been active on lately called Tengaged. Its a Big Brother style multiplayer game and its really fun. You have to chat and get to know people. It starts out with ten players and last seven days, with someone being voted out each day. My username there is boygenius2010. If anyone is interested PM me your email address and I'll send you an invite, that way I get points when you sign up. I think I'm gonna start blogging a few times a week, so I'll end this blog with a question. Question of the Day: How many hours of TV do you watch per day?

Level 50: Airwolf

I'm so excited that I finally made it to Level 50!! The badge is based on the show Airwolf, but I've never watched it. Its a pretty cool emblem though. I've gotten two new editorships recently. The shows are 1)Groomer Has It. 2) Acceptable TV. I'm working on a few more. I really want to get to Level 51 because it has one of the coolest emblems on the site. Thats all for now, folks :)

Happy 4th of July!!!!

Hey I hope everyone is having an awesome day celebrating America's independence. I sure am. I've been having fun with family and friends all day. Later on tonight I'm gonna shoot some fireworks and get crazy. Today is one of my favorite holidays. Happy 4th of July!

The Incredible Hulk

Hey everyone! It's been nearly three months since I lat blogged. A lot has happened since then. On here, I lost six of my guides because I couldn't moderate the submissions in time. I was really mad at that. Six seemed a bit too much because only two of them really got a lot of submissions. I'm gonna be back for a while now because I miss this site. I'm working on a few editorships at the moment and I hope I get them. Last night I went to see The Incredible Hulk. It was an amazing film. It was well written and had plenty of action. There was some comedy in it too. I definitely recommend everyone to go see it. I loved it all around but I haven't seen the first Hulk film so I'll have to rent it.
