It would be like CoD multiplayer but an RPG. this would be a good hybrid of skill vs time played. in the sense u have to aim to hit ur enemies and use the skills u gained from teachers. u also need a good sense of teamwork for grp play. i have an idea for it but i dont know all the hardware stuff that may cuase this idea not to work. it would take place in the future with 3 factions, 2 playable, 1 NPC. i havent got names for the two playable factions but one would give power and adreilene (mana) bonuses, and the other would give physical (health, strength) bonuses.

The NPC factionwould be called Radicals they would take the spot of some of the mobs. As for other mobs it's in the future so there could be mutants, aliens, robots, and NPCs from the other playable factions.

the leveling system would be automatic and by exp gotten from grinding or missions (just like WoWs).

there would be 5 classes:

Shock troop (Dps): this class is made to get in quick and kill what they can fast. can equip any kinda gernade, has a sprint skill to move fast for a short time, can learn dual wield for 1 handed weapons, has light and medium armour. can use stem packs for increased health, speed, strength, adrenilene, and accuracy for a time.good for hit and runs. cons cant last in a long fight.

weapons: automatic, semi-automatic, hand gun, 1 handed automatic, all gernades, baonet, and knife.

Gunner (Tank):has skills to get mobs to focus fire on them, can take lots of damage and is able to attack strongly with powerful guns, some guns have to be deployed in one spot in order to fire, has light, medium, and heavy armour. can use stem packs for increased health andadrenilene. good for holding positions and bolster others with strong words. cons not really accurate, most effective when not moving, easily flanked.

weapons: heavy, fix position, automatic, semi-automatic,hand gun, reg gernade, and knife

Sniper (power spellcaster): effecient at killing others. highpowered rifles can pick off others one by one, can call in support such as bombing runs, flares, artillery, etc, and with camo can remain invisible for a lil while to cuase confusion wit enemies. good for long distance damage and area of effect. cons killed fast, long cooldown times.

weapons: high powered rifles, rifles, hand gun, and knife

Technician (summoner): good support unit. can call forth one mechanized ally from a tank, dps, and healing robot, a time. can paint enemies for increased dam, can use tech for intense one shots for high dam and slow down enemies, can make mods for weapons and armour, has light armour. good for helping others and soloing (with mech ally). cons can die quickly.

weapons: automatics, semi automatics, rifles, hand guns, 1 handed autos, emp gernade, and knife

Medic (priest): can heal other units, and cuase dam and dps with medical tech, has light armour. wouldnt have to point and shoot to heal others has a auto-target system for healing. good for groups. cons die quickly.

there would be two skill trees for each class.

to preform skills shock and gunner troops would use adreniline which is gained from taking damage and giving it. techniciansand medics have power which is regenerated over time (exactly like mana). snipers have a power for personal skills and urgency points for support callins (like power but recharges slowly and needs to do class based quests to increase max amout of points.)

Guilds would be replaced by platoons, bank would be a footlocker, reputation would be given by dif forts, bases, etc for quests and items handed in. PvP would take place in arenas in games of CTF, resource gathering due to ownership of areas, and team-slayer style. and mayb som out of instance PvP areas where u need to hold onto areas for bonuses, etc. fast travel would be done by teleporters between diff forts, bases, etc.

outside bases and forts areas would not be instanced becuase i think this show a really war scene where u c other people aiming and shooting as NPCs and (if on a PvP server) players

instances would be bases, forts, towns, opens areas, that are raided by players for missions that require to get an item or kill somone and to gather rare equipment.

equipment would consist of a helmet, shoulders and arms, torso, hands, pants, boots, main weapon slot, side arm slot (any 1 handed weapon) and for shock, gunners, and technicians a gernade slot. all equipment and weapons can be modded by mods bought from vendors or technicians. all weapons except for gernades have an unlimited ammo setting, since its the future mostshots would be in laser form, but by equiping ammo packs that eventually run out u can signifiscantly increase damage and/orrate of fire. this is so it worth it to buy ammo but not nessessary to have it.

there would be some form of currency (dont no what kind yet).

trades would be gun making, armour making, ammo making. u would need materials and recipes found on mobs or bought from vendors plus certain tools for certain projects.

and oviously a story line which i havent figured out yet.

let me know wat u think more skills need to be figured out for classes and sckill trees need to be made

was just wondering wat does the rank of a person mean. wat do u get when u reach a higher rank. and how do i earn paints for a higher rank?
