I greatly disliked the gameplay of Harry Potter...its very confusing, and hard to see on the small screen. I didn't like the chaos of it, and I gave up rather quickly inorder to resell it while the market value is still up. I did pick up a copy of the 2nd Untold Legends this weekend...i at least like they gameplay a little better than HP so far. I wish it was more of a battle-model RPG like Popolo and LoH...but that's what i get for researching and buying the 2 best games for me first...now nothing lives up. I will post more on how its going with Untold Legends. The scenery and gameplay so far are very good. I'm impressed.

so ya, i bought HP off eBay on the 14th, and paid within 4hrs of the auction ending. The seller doesn't ship till TUESDAY the 21st, after I asked him when it had shipped....i guess I reminded him he had a sale to deal with. So its not getting here until tomorrow, and it SO should have been here by Monday. HOW FRUSTRATING...my poor PSP is just sitting waiting for something new to do.

I bought a pre-played version of HP on eBay last week and I am expecting it today or tomorrow in the mail. I hope its a good game, I did pick it up for an awesome price tho. I am also trying to find LOTR: Tactics for cheap too. Those are the only 2 games I really want right now...there are a BUNCH that are forthcoming that I want. Ok that's all, I'll let you know what I think of HP once its here.

I finished Popolo this weekend...and I was SOOOOOOOOO unprepared for the last 'sequence'....I was expecting a couple battles...not the epic trek that ended up happening...consequently I ran out of magic in the first battle with the dog guy...so I fought Maria and the bad guy's heart WITHOUT MAGIC!!! ooof that was a loooooooooong drawn out battle!!! but dang it, I did it LOL I seriously kept expecting to die, but I figured I'd try it since I was there...I was too far in by then to go back out and buy more magic refreshing items. I did realize that I could at least summon and orb, buy summoning one of those little guys...like the sleep jewel, and the quick using his majic to summon and orb before he got killed. That helped a little, then I at least had SOMEONE able to use magic...oh and THEN like 3 rounds left, I'm looking for something to use to heal, I try 'Appendage' and lo and behold it gives me MAGIC!!! WOOO...so I was at least able to end the battle with some magic. Fun game...great ending...the battles were cool and the whole 'split up' thing at the end was cool...harder, but cool.

SO I've just been really enjoying playing Popolo...it grew back on me. I LOVE THIS GAME!!! It makes me smile. Its been fun. It took me a while to cross back after playing LoH, there are marked differences in the gameplay. But i'm back into it now and now it seems like I'm just flying thru the game....and i guess i am...cause I'm getting ready to go to Remoria...and I think that's the 'end'. More later :)

After repeated tries I FINALLY beat the last boss...I made it all the way thru LoH. Poor Mile...everyone wanted to kill him lol This game will get a positive review from me. It was fun, challenging, and entiertianing. Now I want to play it again, just to write down some of the mis-translation gems...there are some good ones. So now that I've solved LoH, I'm going back to Popolocrois and see if I can get back into it. I had a little trouble crossing back about a week ago. I can now see why people are b*tching about the random battles. You really get used to being able to avoid battles when playing LoH. Hmmmmm, what game should i buy next...I don't think anything I want is out yet.

dangit-all...I think i'm going to have to level up...sigh. I'm at lvl 40-41 with everyone and I just got handily killed by a group of monsters in the 'time-space warp' room. I'm temped to go back to Valkd just to see if I can buy better armour and stuff...and I'd REALLY like to get my hads on some Silent Charms...but that doesn't seem to be happening. The biggest thing i worry about with going back to Vakld is that I'll be at the bottom of some cave, and have to wander my way out again...blah!! Oh well, I think I'll try the battles one more time before I venture out to level up.

Cool...and he's WAY tougher!!! I like that! I'm close to the end, I like how all the people you've met/fought with are coming back to 'help out' that's kinda neat. The battles are getting REALLY OLD tho...I don't like doing them back-to-back-to-back...but that's just me. Now that I'm close to the end I get SUPER impatient, cause I don't finish games that often. I think after I finish LoH, I'll start Popolocrois over and then this blog will run a bit of a comparison between the 2. From what I've seen, really, they are both worth having. They are both different games...the stories go off in thier own direction...and the gameplay is different enough that you don't feel like you are playing a 'copy' if you switch back and forth...and let me tell you...swithching back and forth is NOT easy...the gameplay is different enough that I find myself pressing the wrong buttons and totally frustrated by features that I try to use in the wrong game. OOPS!! LOL I also should try Tokobot again. I really like the theory of that game...but the button pressing combos kick my ass...I've never been good at that. My daughter likes the robots in Tokobot...she always says 'play the game with the little white guys' HEHE I'm still trying to decide if I should persue the 'problem' with my analog stick...it feels 'wrong' to me...but I'm not sure if it IS wrong. I don't remember it drifitng in Tokobot. I guess I'll check all three games again and see if it drifts. Then if it does, I'll bring it back wally and see if i can just exchange it there instead of having to go thru Sony. If the analog stick didn't 'feel' wrong to me, I don't think I'd worry about it so much...but I swear it feels like there's sand in there. 84% completed...I'm in the Sealed Land with Rutice, Gawaine, and Mile. Everyone is on level 40.

so first off they set you up to think he IS dead...then you find out his soul is just in pergatory, but his body is still alive and...HE'S EVIL!!! I knew it HEHE So I wonder if you have to fight him at the end...is that what all the hoopla is over the ending? Aaaah speculations lol...not long now, er i think...or is there 2 books, I can't remember. I do think I might have missed something...cause there's a gap in the history thing, right around where Emiele is abducted again. But I can't think HOW I missed anything...so I'm confused. Should I put a screen protector on my PSP?? I have one on my palm...but you can TELL it makes the screen a bit duller and a little fuzzy. The screen is BEAUTIFUL without it...but i know it wouldn't stay that way without a screen protector. On the other hand its not like i'm WRITING on the PSP screen. It sits in the little condom that came with it if its in my pocket or purse. But i know i'm gonna cry at the first stupid scratch. I also agonized over a silicone skin this weekend too. I do not like the feel of silicone, so I decided against it. But i'm still going back and forth over the screen protector. I have one, and I've asked hubby to put it on for me...so i guess i'll just try it and see. I think its going to stink for movies tho. Shhhhhhhhh...the network is down at work so I can't do ANYTHING work related...so what have I been doing...playing PSP hehe. I'm at the shrine in Kanaphia. I've got Avin, Rutice, Gawain and Michel in my party. 78% complete. I'm getting the last of the Sacred Treasures...maybe...that Borgeid is kind of a bastard...and seems to be somehow getting stronger.

Only got to play a little this weekend...well at least it only seemed like a little, but I made great progress. Got very far in LoH...OH!! and I tried Popolocrois again this weekend, after playing LoH for a couple weeks and I COULDN'T PLAY IT!!! :-( Here I thought I liked popolo better, but now that i've gotten used to LoH, I end up liking the way that plays better. Plus I'm in an odd spot in Popolo...i ended up dying right away. I'm at 'Pietro's Trial' and I don't get how to beat the Gami Gami guy...So i think I'm going to have to start Popolo over in order to get back into it. I'm worried about the analog stick on my PSP...it seems to stick to the left...but i'm not 100% sure if its the stick or the game. I thought I remembered it happening in Popolo too...it for sure happens in LoH. I guess I'll get in there with some canned air today and see if there's anything to spray out. I got a pack of replacement analaog sticks in the mail today...so far I don't like them either :-( I guess I just don't like to use the analog stick. Oh well. 76% completed!! :-D
