haha, that's funny. i guess i should have read a little bit before i posted that. :P so basically, we still haven't have a certain answer. just guesses. oh well.

the concret answer to that is.. YES you can have 2 people on the same console playing online.. its on one of the japanesse comertials of brawl.. just search in youtube im to lazy to do it myself and give you the link but i can asure you it is possible

Yeah, mabye people will complane less now that they now there is really 40 (its just not obvious there is 40).

As for Zero Suit, I dont think she is a stand alone, but she might be im just guessing.

It's 35, then add two for ZSS and Shiek. Then, for PT, you just add two, not three because one of the Pokemon is already counted in the 35.

A girl who does voice acting for a living placed Krystal, from Super Smash Bros. Brawl in her resume on her personal website - I saw that for myself. It was not Wiki or anything like that... It was her website. After she did that, many people emailed her asking if Krystal was playable. She responded by saying that she couldn't disclose that information and then a few days later, that portion was left out of her resume.
