its totaly up to chances. easiest thing to do is, try if you get it, if not, restart and try again. it sounds stupid but its worth it as the rusted weapons can be made into some good weapons that are at least worth selling if not using hehdarkPSPfan

by restart you mean quit game and load again right?because on youtube they say dont quit just restart which confuses me because there isnt just a restart button or a way to just reload.
