@blackace: No it doesn't, you should be grateful it cut the list of the top 25. There are far too many games that are better. If you don't like it, make a blog and post YOUR own top 25 and see how many care, lol.
IGN says this expansion is 15 hours long, and Gamespot using an overpowered character finished it in 8. This game is 2-3 times longer than Halo 5's campaign with a third of the price AND better quality. I expect nothing less from Fromsoft! Quality, and quantity.
@txuzai: That's because the reviewer's opinion of the game is that it is a 9/10, not a 10/10 regardless of whether there are issues to list or not. It might have issues that are too minor to list and are merely gripes.
This game leads you to believe that it is such a play on the genre, and your expectations of them. But it's not, killing one of those pixelated monsters made me feel like I'm the worst person in this world, certainly more than any other story-based games like Bioware games. By the end of the true ending of this game, you will cry so hard that you will end up crying yourself to sleep. I kept on wiping the tears off of my cheek
This game proves, that books aren't the only medium that contain good stories and worlds. This is a proof that gaming is the true ultimate source of good story telling if the developers work for it, and I'm so happy for it.
@Thanatos2k: The review does seem to ignore that the game offers no way connecting to a friend online to play matches together, so I wouldn't be surprised. This guy has probably the most reviews with lack of important information, or just plain terrible reviews in general, and this is Gamespot so it's saying something.
