ok i thought that with 3.40 i was allowed to encode video at 480x272 resolution but all my software (including sony media center) has not been updated. infact i have not seen anyone even talking about this at all........was i mistaken?

mgs2 substance works but mgs3 does not.....booooo! i tried them both on my pal ps3. i think mgs3 "sub" works though but that does not help me though.
