I would rather just buy a whole new game. Pretty sure only a couple of characters will be actually free, no doubt not the ones I'm interested in.

@white_wind I agree with you, I don't think his acting is all that good, it's over acted and dramatic to the point it's almost funny to me. That being said I can see why some people like it, especially if you grew up with it in the days were most voice acting was pretty terrible. I guess older games sometimes have more dramatic acting because they couldn't portray facial expressions with the graphics. Whether it's great acting or not is not really the point here though, his voice is iconic so it will be pretty hard for a lot of people to accept the change.
